Excellent place to stay., Very clean and great service overall. Waiters at the restaurant, particularly Ms. Hinneny Lara and Mr. Ramon were very friendly, available, and attentive. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Stay away from home but feels like home.
We want to thank the staff for the incredible service. Each time we visit CDMX we book this Hotel, the rooms are excellent, the locations is fantastic. Even when this was not a pleasurable or a vacation trip everything this destination offer to me and my wife was fantastic. Special kuddos to Antonio Wilson and Miguel Tlaxcano for always been attentive to our needs, they make us feel like at home and make our stays wonderful. Thanks to everyone and we hope soon to be back but for a relaxing time.

When traveling for family matters
We have to travel due to family matters and we didn’t have to think to much about where we have to be. We have stayed here before for several reasons but number 1 will always be amazing service, staff is fantastic. We appreciate specially Miguel Tlaxcano for always checking on how we were he and the team make our staying one more time marvelous. Keep the wonderful service.

Trip to Mexico City
Excellent location across from the Pepsi Center. Hotel room was large, clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly, especially Silvana Roldan, who allowed me to check-in early (unlike most hotels that make you wait until the official check-in time). She gave me a large room on the 6th floor, helped with a late checkout and arranged transportation to the airport. I definitely recommend the Isaaya Hotel for travellers tired of the large chain hotels

Great hotel
Awesome hospitality, huge rooms and amazing shower! Includes breakfast, all day coffee, fruits and water. All personnel are keen to help however possible. Really enjoyed my stay and recommend for all!
