Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stayed at Isaaya Hotel Boutique in Mexico City for four nights in February, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I booked a Deluxe Room with a King Bed, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel in Mexico City with top-notch service, comfort, and a great location, this is the place to be!

Decent hotel to explore the city
Decent enough hotel. Big room and bed, cleans and mostly quiet. Annoyingly the aircon didn’t work which meant the room was quite hot and wasn’t fixed while we were there. Location is safe and fine, though some of the tours we did did not pick us up from the hotel because it wasn’t central enough. Staff all helpful and kind. Reasonable value- not cheap or expensive.

The negative experiences predominated by far!
First the positive: 1. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. 2. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. Unfortunately, however, the negative experiences predominated by far: 1. The air conditioning didn't work properly 2. The coffee machine didn't work either, brewing cold coffee only if at all. 3. I had to take cold showers as there was repeatedly no warm water. 4. The tv set offers only 2-3 foreign channels 5. The team working at front desc is not accommodating nor very friendly 6. Furthermore, front desk was very often vacant. 6. Worst of all, however, the room keys were repeatedly malfunctioning! 7. Therefore, worst of all, I was locked out on the street twice during the night as the front door of the hotel was firmly locked as the room keys wouldn't oped the door and front desk was vacant, mostly after 8 PM. Then I had to wait on the street till another hotel guest was leaving the property!

Isaaya Hotel
"Miguel was an exceptional receptionist. He helped secure a room even before the official check-in time, and he was consistently friendly and helpful with all of my questions about the city and local events. My stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to his outstanding service."

Great place to stay overall
Excellent place to stay., Very clean and great service overall. Waiters at the restaurant, particularly Ms. Hinneny Lara and Mr. Ramon were very friendly, available, and attentive. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.
