Outstanding hotel with First class staff.
Oh what a night.. my Wife and I stayed at InterContinental Lisbon shortly before Christmas and this hotel surpassed all expectations thanks to the exceptional staff and the luxurious accommodation. Everything we experienced was absolutely amazing, the reception area looked fabulous with a beautifully decorated tree and lavish decorations exudes a festive ambiance, and the pianist playing in the lobby was a lovely touch. We loved our Junior Suite it was stylishly decorated, extremely comfortable and offered lots of space with sweeping Park Views. Wonderful sleep in the comfort of a well appointed room. Everything you could wish for in a 5 star establishment. Small thoughtful gestures such as welcome treats of a nice plate of pastries and fresh fruits were much appreciated. The Bathroom area was large, clean, a bath and separate shower with both rain shower and a energising hansgrohe shower head with powerful massage sprays, and an array of beautiful Byredo toiletries. Gorgeous extra large reed diffuser in the room it was the best smelling and most eye catching premium diffuser. Enjoyed a great cup of coffee from the Nespresso pod machine. Housekeeper did a great job about refreshing our room during the turndown service. Booking a room with Club InterContinental privileges is a great option, as the Club InterContinental Lounge was spectacular, a relaxing and sophisticated space. The staff were so professional and helpful, all day soft drinks and coffee, particularly enjoyed the evening happy hour with superb Portuguese wine and delicious canapés. Enjoyed The Uptown Bar, modern and trendy bar with great decor mirrored walls and mood lighting a fun spot to relax with drinks, the bar tenders were excellent. Buffet Breakfast served at Eduardo VII was excellent, a fine buffet of pastries, cereals, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, pancakes, yogurts, fresh fruits, all very high quality you could even have sparkling wine. Enjoyed a really good breakfast, thank you to the chef making the omelettes, cooked perfect to my liking. The staff provided impeccable and friendly service. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were most impressed with the staff of this hotel, the entire team were warm, welcoming and helpful. We are already eagerly anticipating our return visit. Thanks.

Great Stay
Great stay at the Intercon, Lisbon. Quiet, clean and comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you need right on property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is about a fifteen minute downhill walk to the main tourist area which means you need to walk that back to return. Breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.

Not impressed!
First Impression on the first day: TV way to small and no streaming capabilities , matress totaly soft. I asked if it would be possible to get a room with a bigger TV, but apperently these are only available in suites. The clerk at the reception hasn't been to friendly either. I am interested what the breakfast will be like. At the moment I think this hotel was not a to good choice.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic view. Spacious, comfortable rooms as you would expect from an Intercontinental. Everything was excellent! I would like to mention the professional team of the hotel, Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Kitchen teams (the quality and the presentation of the foods is always very good) Overall fantastic service, very friendly atmosphere.

Lovely stay
Lovely stay. All the staff was super friendly, the room was fantastic and comfortable with views over Lisbon. The concierge Orlando gave us lovely recommendations for local spots to try and the Benedict eggs in breakfast are simply amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in visiting Lisbon
