Beautiful place. Food was awesome. The staff was exceptional. Axel and Jessica were so kind and fun as part of the activity team. Jamie went above and beyond to make us comfortable every day and get our chairs set up. Alfredo was the nicest waiter.

60th Girlfriend Getaway
Awesome experience! Perfect for a girls getaway. Such fun and accommodating staff members. Especially loved Regina, our favorite from the entertainment staff, and her coworkers Christian (our bike guide), Jazmin, Jessica and super sweet Itzel (who is in training and in great hands)!

Great resort, beware of FlyBack program for members!
My husband and I stayed at Moxche for 4 days in March 2025. Beautiful property, absolutely amazing food everywhere we ate, and great service, as always, at Secrets resorts. A wonderful experience that we really look forward to every March. (We stayed twice at Maroma Beach, also a great property and service.) Be forewarned, if you become members, as we did a few years ago, the FlyBack program is largely a scam, as we have still not been reimbursed for our airfare from 10 months ago. We have sent all the required documentation, no response. We will not be booking Secrets again until this gets worked out. Frustrating to have to send multiple emails for reimbursement that was a benefit of the contract we signed.
