    So sad to be back home!

    An incredible resort, breathtakingly beautiful pools and rooms and the best service I have ever experienced. Be sure to visit Jonathan and Armando at the Sea Soul restaurant- the hostess was wonderful as well (have forgotten her name). All three were so inviting and personable, knew us by name, and Jonathan would ensure that we always had something special and unique for lunch. The service at Ember and Bisou were incredible as well, while the Japanese and Italian restaurants were nothing to write home about. If you want the best deep tissue massage of your life, ask for Elsy at the spa! The hydrotherapy circuit would be worth it alone if you are not into treatments. The live music throughout the resort was such a constant treat. Only slight drawbacks was that the beach is quite seaweedy- if you don't mind that, the water is wonderful!- and the gym is quite small. Thank you to everyone that made our trip so special!!

    Excellent staff/ experience

    We came back to Moxche for the 2nd time after having a very good experience in August of 2024. We really enjoyed the staff (especially the entertainment team) Sergio, Ari, Miguel, Jasmine, Jessica, and Jose all went the extra mile and made our stay very memorable! Sergio and Ari always got us involved in the activities and made our stay very meaningful and memorable we had to come back! We recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury resort!

    Just book it already!

    This is our second time at Secrets Moxche & the whole reason we came back was because of the entertainment staff, most importantly I want to shout out Sergio, Aranza, Jasmine, Miguel, Jessica & Jose. From pool/beach volleyball, the pool games and entertainment at night we had SO MUCH FUN!!! They really make you feel like friends/family and made our days! The shows at night were also spectacular, our favorite was the magic show (which surprised me) another favorite was the quirky show! Best singers/dancers we’ve seen at a resort, & that’s saying a lot because we’ve been to a lot! The restaurants were also spectacular! The Italian was our favorite. Each pool is thought out and we loved the music at the bamboo pool each night. We recommend Secrets Moxche to all of our friends/family! Just book it already!!!

    Beautiful resort, can't wait to go back!

    We were very happy to receive a room upgrade upon check in without even asking! We are Globalists & booked a standard room & got upgraded to Ocean View. They thanked us for being Globalists which we appreciated. The Rooftop preferred pool was my favorite. We could get a chair there even at 9:30am. It has a beautiful view of the Caribbean & all the pools. It was very peaceful and quiet. I liked that we could have breakfast & lunch there. I would like a turkey club or chicken sandwich added to the lunch menu. It was hard to get a chair at the quiet pool. There were not many chairs & they were reserved by 8 every day. People were leaving things on chairs & not coming back. The pool concierge was very nice & was trying to keep an eye on people who weren't there for a while. The overall property is beautiful. It is very tropical with cute walkways. We loved all the different pools & the stone walls. The stone walkways were very pretty but hard to walk on. Bring flat shoes. The beach was not great, but we expected that because of the seaweed. The food was mostly really good, especially the Italian. The staff was excellent everywhere. We loved the ice cream & iced lattes at the coffee shop. We have been to many all inclusive resorts & we will definitely go back to this one.

    Best resort in Mexico! (A+++)

    You will not find another all inclusive resort as good as Secrets Moxche! Everything from the cleanliness of the resort, the friendly staff, the plethora of food options, the quality of the food and drinks, the entertainment, the pools, etc. were best in class! This resort has plenty for all ages. Quiet pools, jacuzzi's, man made cenote's, to fun entertaining pools. It's one place I've come back from a business trip on that I want to take my wife back to.
