DEFINITELY NOT A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. Stayed at the hotel for a wedding November 2024. Check in was unusual, as they waited for a group of us to get there to explain the resort. I see their perspective but it's a 5 star resort, handle everyone individually so they aren't waiting around. The bar staffing was extremely lacking no matter what bar you went to. The beach was gross, littered with garbage, seaweed and ants. They have some sort of erosion protection in the water that is an absolute eyesore. You would think at 3500+ for 4 nights would get you an actual rock barrier. Pools were cold. They had 3 hot tubs that were warm at best and working sporadically. Some chairs at the pools were cushioned but they were pretty dirty as well as being wet because they keep them out in the rain. Lagoon pool is falling apart and the sand wasn't the cleanest. Grounds were not kept the greatest and the choice of walking path wasn't thought out. Puddles all around daily. Room was clean as well as the rest of the interior of the resort. amenities in the room were great. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toothpaste, lotion. As well as sun block, mosquito repellent, a toothbrush, vanity kit, sewing kit, comb, and shower cap. Attended the buffet for breakfast and lunch. Great selection of food and treats. Restaurants: Ember Decent selection but food wasn't the greatest and took quite a while to be served. They also have more expensive cuts of meat for an additional cost but I wouldn't even risk it. Dos Almas Another decent selection and the food was pretty good. Allora Pretty good all inclusive italian food. Bamboo Had the pad thai which was great. Tried to post this through their link after their survey but they said they couldn't post it because I used profanity. So I copied and pasted it here...no problem at all. Also the vibe was a little too zen for me. They played music at the pool for volleyball and a workout then packed it up.

We had the BEST ENTERTAINMENT TEAM EVER!! Sergio, Julio, Victor & Ari!! They weren’t just entertainment, they helped us with anything we. Needed. They even made bracelets for us!! Sergio is the best dealer at Blackjack!! This is a great place to vacation!!

Fantastic service all around. Great food. Sergio Julio Felix were awesome with pool activities. Great resort and great staff. Especially those three. The people we went with for our wedding loved it all the way around. You should definitely visit if you can. - Tyler

Amazing
I had an amazing time here, the entertainment team are amazing - in particular Christian, Jose, axel and joslyn. They always go out of their way to make sure you’re looked after. We used the golf simulator is great fun and the pool activities are very fun

The most incredible honeymoon
I don’t even know where to start! This hotel is absolutely INCREDIBLE. All the staff are sensational and extremely hard working, they couldn’t do enough for us. The entertainment team were amazing (and kept my husband entertained whilst I sunbathed). Special thanks to Miguel, Joselin, Sergio, Ingrid, José, Felix and Julio! They work so hard every day and whilst they encourage you to partake in the activities, they aren’t pushy. They put all sorts of activities throughout the day such as pingpong, dance classes, pool and beach volleyball and so much more. The pool concierge team were amazing, would set up a lounger for you every morning and even clean your sunglasses! Special thanks to Daniel and Carlos who helped us pretty much every day. All the pools were amazing and each had a different vibe. The food is incredible at all of the restaurants, the best we have ever eaten at an all inclusive resort (and probably ever). The drinks are also top shelf brands and the cocktails are made properly. The pool bar staff were very efficient, constantly coming round with drinks and even offered to get food from the restaurant for us. The rooms are spacious, clean and the housekeeping team work very hard. Thank you to Secrets Moxche for the most amazing honeymoon. We will remember it forever and hope to come back in the future!!
