Impression Isla Mujeres was pure joy! A beautiful resort that knows how to utilize one of the most gorgeous views in the world! The food, the service, the spa and staff were all exceptional! Our butlers, Alexander and Ritik were available at all times to aid us in so many ways. They were so personable and attentive. All your normal travel stresses are completely taken care of before you even recognize them. If you are considering this resort you will not be disappointed,

The whole process of driving 35 minutes from the airport to the marina then waiting there to get on the catamaran was horrible. We missed the 12 PM catamaran as we got to the marina at 12:30 and had to sit there and wait an hour and a half to then get on the catamaran at 2:05PM which is another 45 to 50 minutes on top of that so there was 3 hours wasted when we could have been at the resort enjoying our trip. One recommendation I would make is to scrap the catamaran and just give everyone passes to take the Ultramar ferry which runs every 30 minutes and is only a 25 minute ride so people can get to the resort and start enjoying their vacation right away instead of sitting at the marina waiting. While we were waiting at the marina I asked for a ginger ale and they said they didn't have any and we also asked for 2 margaritas and they said they couldn't make them for us which was insane for the amount of money we paid for this resort. As for the pools there is not enough seating at the rooftop pool at all and the design of the lower pool with the huge ledge was a terrible design and also there was not enough seating around that pool as well. We sat by the beach a few days but the dock that the chairs are on are is in serious repair as there is a lot of wood rot. For a resort, only being opened for less than three years I would've thought it had been opened over 10 for the wear and tear it had already. Also, some of the staff did not understand English, and there was a big language barrier with some of them, which wasn't good. The food overall was very good. We have been to Impressions Moxche twice and would absolutely go back there in a heartbeat over returning here. For the premium price that we paid vs Impressions Moxche and for what we got we felt it was not worth it as we had a large swim up room that was beautiful there for a lot cheaper compared to the small room and no pool that we got here. Yes the views from the rooftop pool are Instagramable but other then that the resort to us was just average for what we paid and what we got.

The best resort we been to in Cancun
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Impression isla. The overall environment is beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly well-maintained. The location at isla has a pretty beach, ocean front rooms face the beach and has a very nice view. Clean and good value. The food — among all the all-inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at, this one truly puts in exceptional effort. Every meal felt thoughtful and high quality. There were also many fun activities throughout the day, and the entertainment team made the experience even more enjoyable. Special shoutout to Isaac and the entire entertainment team — they brought such great energy and made every activity memorable. The guest service here is outstanding. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. We met so many friendly people during our stay, which made the experience even more special. We especially want to thank our butlers, Erick and Edgar — they went above and beyond to take care of us and made everything seamless and comfortable. Also, a big thank you to David from guest experience for his kindness warmth and professionalism. Overall, this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality vacation.

The most beautiful resort, with the best hospitality!
My husband and I and two of our friends recently stayed for two weeks at Impression Isla Mujeres, and we all had by far the best resort vacation experience of our lives. We have visited many different high end resorts in the Cancun area for the past decade, and Impression is above and beyond anything we experienced before. The resort is aesthetically gorgeous and the room, pools, beach area, bars, and restaurants are all outstanding. But what makes Impression truly special are the people. From the moment we reached the catamaran dock in Cancun, to our arrival at the resort, and throughout our entire stay, we felt seamlessly cared for, with every detail anticipated and attended to by the amazingly thoughtful and talented staff. Our butlers Edgar and Erick were always available on WhatsApp, making sure we had everything we needed and taking care of our reservations easily. Ritik from guest services greeted us at least once a day in the lobby and his warm, personal attention made us feel very welcome. We spent a lot of time at the beach deck cabanas, and the beach area managers Mariana and Manuel personally made sure we had everything we could want to enjoy relaxing there. Mariana coordinated with the awesome beach chef, Claudio, to make us absolutely delicious custom taco and ceviche lunches every day! Emilio at the Yacht bar always greeted us with a smile and made perfect cocktails. Wilma at the rooftop pool area brought us great drinks and lunches and took awesome care of us as well. Everyone who helped us exceeded our expectations, but what really set Impression apart for us was the hands-on attention and leadership from General Manager Mourad Essafi. He coordinates a very special weekly GM’s table lunch event that we greatly enjoyed and got to participate in the cooking! It was such a warm and personal way to connect with guests. Mourad brings an outstandingly kind and generous spirit of hospitality to his role, and everyone working at Impression shares this warmth and attentiveness. We actually had plans to be at a different resort in the area for the second week of our trip to Mexico, but we had to make a last minute decision not to go there, due to Trip Advisor reports of some serious problems happening at that other resort. We emailed Mourad about the situation, and he stepped up and helped us extend our reservation at Impression. Mourad and the front desk manager, Luis, took all the stress out of this process and got us back to relaxing immediately! Impression Isla Mujeres was a magical paradise for us, and we hope to visit again soon!
