We had an amazing stay at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets, and it truly felt like a luxury escape from start to finish. What stood out most was how thoughtfully everything was executed — the comfort, the food, the experiences, and especially the people. 🛥️ Arrival / Boat Ride Over The boat ride over was seamless and relaxing, and the views were unreal. It wasn’t just transportation — it set the tone for the entire trip and made arrival feel special and exclusive. 🛏️ Room Comfort + Relaxation Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet — perfect for real rest. The layout and overall feel were upscale and calming, and we spent a lot of time simply enjoying the space and the ocean views. It’s the kind of room you want to linger in. 🍽️ Food Quality + Service The food quality was consistently excellent across our stay — fresh, well-prepared, and far above what people usually expect from an all‑inclusive. Service was equally impressive, and Alexander (waiter) deserves a special mention for being attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. 🚴 Bike Tour The bike tour was one of our favorite activities. It’s a great way to get out, see Isla Mujeres, and experience more than just the resort. Our guide “Spider” was fantastic — fun, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. 🥃 Mezcal Tasting The mezcal tasting was a standout: engaging, well-paced, and actually educational. We learned a lot and enjoyed trying different styles — it felt like a real experience, not a quick add-on. 💆 Spa The spa was relaxing and beautifully run. Thank you to Jesus, Janyita, and Allysa — the service and treatments were excellent and made for a perfect reset day. One small suggestion: the jacuzzi water temperature wasn’t quite warm enough, but everything else about the spa experience was top-notch. 🌟 The People Make the Difference A huge part of what made this trip exceptional was our butlers Alexander and Angel. They were responsive, thoughtful, and helped make everything feel effortless and elevated. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a luxury Isla Mujeres experience with incredible views, excellent food, and genuinely memorable service, this is it. We would absolutely return

Overall property is well kept and has beautiful views but average experience as far as experiences go.butler staff is not really a butler staff they are more of a point of contact rather than engaging and anticipating guests needs. Room was beautiful but Shower was either too hot or too cold with no control of when the temp changed so that was a big negative getting burned a couple times!

Wonderful Experience
We an absolutely wonderful time during our visit. The food was out of this world good! Our Butlers, Alexander and Angel met our every need with a smile on their face! They are truly an asset to Impressions. We also enjoyed the food at UNIK and the server whose name was Carlito but we called him Carlos.He was excellent! Monica was also very helpful and kind. It is so beautiful and we can’t wait to go back again!

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon. We had two butlers names: Zelma and David they went above and beyond!
This place is absolutely top notch! I actually cried when we left. I have never received such amazing customer service!

The Ultimate Luxury Getaway
Our stay was truly unforgettable and exceeded all of our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by Zelma and Alexander, whose hospitality made a lasting impression on us. In particular, Zelma’s thoughtful care throughout our stay made us feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. We were also deeply touched by the wonderful anniversary surprise thoughtfully arranged by Zelma at Spezia. The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion, and it made our celebration even more memorable. The dining experience was outstanding. The views from the restaurants were beautiful, and we enjoyed not only authentic Mexican cuisine but also a wide variety of other dishes, all of which were delicious. In addition, we loved being able to casually enjoy high-quality, authentic sweets and drinks throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, well maintained, and very comfortable, contributing to a relaxing and satisfying experience overall. Thanks to the warm hospitality, amazing food, beautiful scenery, and thoughtful attention to detail, this became a truly special stay for us. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.
