Feb 28, 2026An Unforgettable Birthday at Impression Isla Mujeres
We just got back from an amazing trip to Impression Isla Mujeres. We spent five nights there for my birthday, and we already wish we could go back! We did a lot of research going into the trip, but everything completely exceeded our expectations. Things were special even before we made it to the island, with great communication from staff when our flight was delayed and a relaxing experience waiting at the dock for the catamaran. Pulling up to the resort and seeing how beautiful it was made it clear we made the right decision to stay there. We met our amazing butler Cinthia and her counterpart Ritik, and both of them put our experience over the top. They were so helpful in getting us reservations, helping us with our questions, and checking in on us throughout our stay. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly helpful and attentive, learning what we liked and anticipating our needs. The dockside towel and food & drink service down by the beach, the Sharks pool bartenders and specifically Regina, the bartenders at Isola and The Top went above and beyond. All of the food was great, specifically dinner at Spezia and lunch at Unik. We tried each of the restaurants on site and were very impressed with the variety and quality. Our room was beautiful and well taken care of. They really have thought of everything you could need. Housekeeping service was wonderful and reliable, and we especially appreciated the nightly turndown service. We didn't participate in any activities, but we did enjoy some of the entertainment options at night and had a wonderful experience at the spa with massages and hydrotherapy. We also did a floating breakfast in the whirlpool, which was fun and unique. We mostly enjoyed being dock and beach side, enjoying the amazing views with a delicious drink. We are feeling refreshed and relaxed after our trip. We had such an incredible experience, we're already trying to figure out when we can come back!

Honeymoon
This place is incredible! My husband and I stayed for 5 nights for our honeymoon and loved every second. The staff is so welcoming and helpful from the moment you step foot on the dock. Our butlers, Erick and Edgar, made our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!!

Celebration visit
Had the most wonderful day, celebrated my birthday Our concierge for our day pass was Carlos and he is truly so attentive and I look forward to having him as a butler. The next time I visit. I would recommend having a day top pass to the pool. The views are incredible. The food is delicious. You’ll enjoy yourself.

They remembered us and made us feel like family
We just returned from our second stay at Impression Isla Mujeres, and I can honestly say this visit meant even more than the first. What makes this resort special is not just the beautiful property. It is the people and the way they remember you. The biggest standout for us was Ritik Chaudhary. He was also our butler during our visit six months ago, and the level of care and attention he provides is truly rare. Ritik does not just do his job. He genuinely looks after you. He remembered our preferences from our previous stay and made sure everything felt smooth and personalized from beginning to end. One moment that really captured this was our dinner at Spezia. Before arriving, I mentioned to Ritik that it would be amazing if we could have the same table experience we loved on our last trip. When we walked in, everything was already perfectly arranged. Jerry, the restaurant manager, clearly knew the plan, and to our surprise, Edgar, our same fantastic waiter from the previous visit, was there taking care of us again. That level of coordination and memory is what true luxury service feels like. Our beach days were just as memorable thanks to Miguel, who took great care of us most of the trip. He was attentive, fun, and kept us laughing while making sure we always had what we needed. Manuel, the beach concierge, was also consistently helpful and present. We also appreciated the support and warmth from Cinthia Castaneda on the butler team whenever we needed assistance. And a very special touch was when GM Mourad Essafi recognized us on only our second visit and personally welcomed us back. That moment made us feel genuinely valued and not just like another room number. Because of this incredible team, this stay felt personal, warm, and first class in every way. Impression Isla Mujeres continues to raise the bar for what great hospitality should feel like. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Very good experience. We highly recommend this resort
We found the level of customer experience to be very high. Our Butlers Zelma and David were fantastic. We only had one problem with our room and they resolved it immediately.
