Truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been. The location is simply perfect. I've never seen a more beautiful sea. The pools are gorgeous, and the butler service is simply superb. Our two butlers, Raffael and Alex, in particular, always organized everything perfectly for us and were always available and there for us. I will never forget it!

Unbeatable stay at Impression Isla Mujeres
My husband and I had an exceptional stay at Impression Isla Mujeres. The top-notch staff met our every need and always had smiles on their faces. We had amazing, personalized service from our butlers, Raffa and Alexander, and the pool attendant, Guilman. The views from the hotel were unbeatable. The food was amazing. Our favorite restaurant was Spezia, which we went to twice during our stay. Our whole experience was luxurious from the moment we arrived to take the private boat to the island. Thank you to everyone who made the trip wonderful! Highly recommend this resort.

A Perfect Getaway - Our Best Resort Experience Yet!
My wife and I just returned from an unforgettable 6-day, 5-night stay at Impression Isla Mujeres, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. This was our first visit to Isla Mujeres, and the island completely exceeded our expectations—the beaches are stunning, like a mini Maldives but far more accessible, with all the luxury of a world-class resort. We stayed in a Signature Junior King Suite with a hot tub, and it was hands down the best suite we’ve ever experienced at any hotel or resort. The design is modern, thoughtful, and luxurious. The double rain shower is perfect for couples, and the hot tub is filled 24/7, so we could jump right in whenever we wanted without any wait. The ocean views from the hot tub are breathtaking, and the balcony is incredibly private, giving us complete freedom and relaxation. The attention to detail in the room design made our stay feel truly special. All five restaurants at the resort serve à la carte menus with exceptional quality. Three of the restaurants offer stunning beachfront views, making every meal a memorable experience. We loved the variety and never had a disappointing dish. The resort features three infinity pools, all overlooking the beach, and they were never crowded. We particularly enjoyed the large heated pool—it was so warm that we often had it entirely to ourselves! The adult-only atmosphere kept everything peaceful and serene throughout our stay. The staff at Impression Isla Mujeres elevated our experience from excellent to extraordinary. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Edgar and Eric, our butlers, were available via WhatsApp and responded to every question and concern immediately. Their attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. Franco, our biking tour guide and entertainment host, treated us like VIPs every single time we saw him. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference—he’s a true gentleman! April, our activities guide, brought incredible energy to everything she did. She gave us a wonderful perspective on island life, and we’re so grateful for her enthusiasm and insight. Isaac led our aqua stretching sessions with such skill and energy that our arms and legs were wonderfully tired afterward! Thanks to him, we didn’t feel too guilty about all the delicious food we enjoyed. We also had many other wonderful interactions with staff members whose names we didn’t catch, but who were equally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Impression Isla Mujeres delivered everything we hoped for and more: stunning natural beauty, exceptional accommodations, outstanding dining, peaceful surroundings, and—most importantly—a staff that genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for their guests. WOW! EXPERIENCE
“Perfect” is truly the only word that can describe our experience at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets. Every single interaction we had was exceptional. From Ritik, the customer experience manager, to our personal butlers David and Zelma—everyone went above and beyond. The service from the waitstaff, including Eric, Andrea, Juan, Cesar, and another Eric, was consistently professional and attentive. We also want to recognize Isaac for an amazing bike tour, Juan Carlos at the rooftop pool, Orlando and Gillman at the beach, and Luis at Cacao. There were even more team members who made our stay incredible, and we wish we had caught all their names. We were treated like royalty the entire time, and the level of attention to detail was honestly next-level. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience. The Best Hotel In Cancun
This resort is simply outstanding. From the food to the service everything was perfect. My wife and i were here for our honeymoon from the 4th through the 11th of April. Our butler, Cinthia, was amazing. Going above and beyond at every turn. Helping us with different reservations, scheduling activities, and suggesting things to do in town. Ritik, our other butler, was very helpful when planning out return catamaran and transportation so we could enjoy our last morning. The pool manager Gilmer was fantastic every morning helping us out with our towels and welcoming us down in the morning. Issac and Frankie one the event team were also amazing making special accommodations for us for our honeymoon whenever they were able. All of the wait staff were professional, well versed on the menus, and attentive to our needs. The General Manager, Mourad is outstanding. It’s very clear why the staff is such a joy to be around. We will definitely be planning a trip back as soon as possible!
