This resort is absolutely stunning! From the moment you arrive, every staff member is there to assist you in every conceivable way; the hospitality is truly unmatched. Our butlers, Edgar and Angel, were exceptional in their attentiveness, making dinner reservations for us each night; they even surprised me with a decorated room for my birthday! In addition, we quickly bonded with several of the bartenders and rooftop pool attendants -- Dante, Juan, and Jamie. It was so fun visiting with them! Their friendliness made our experience even more memorable. As for the resort itself, the design and décor are ultra-modern and the overall ambiance is incredibly Zen—perfect for those in search of a tranquil, serene vacation spot to unwind and rejuvenate. Night-time activities include a silent disco, fire dancing, and live music. The spa and meditation activities looked lovely, as well; however, we did not have time to enjoy them due to our short visit. I can’t wait to return! 🌟

Great Experience with large group of couples
Beautiful location! Stunning views. Very friendly and helpful staff made it a wonderful experience for our large group of 14 (7 couples)! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would highly recommend this resort to couples or groups traveling.

Want to Feel Like A Celebrity
Want to save thousands, avoid long-haul travel, and still indulge in a White Lotus-esque experience? Look no further than Impressions Isla Mujeres. From the moment we stepped off the private catamaran, we were greeted by a warm welcome from a dozen smiling staff members. A refreshing towel and beverage awaited us as we were introduced to our personal butler, who escorted us to the lobby. Our room was a cozy retreat, thoughtfully designed with a small workspace, a comfortable sitting area, and a vanity for getting ready. After a week of travel, I was desperate for a laundry service. My butler swiftly accommodated my urgent request, ensuring I had fresh clothes for the remainder of my trip. Having worked in hospitality for over a decade, I’m a discerning traveler. However, I couldn’t find a single flaw in my stay. Every detail was perfect, from the impeccable service to the luxurious accommodations. If you’re seeking an unforgettable getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend this resort. It’s a hidden gem that will exceed your expectations.

Impressions by Secrets on Isla Mujeres
We just traveled here for our Honeymoon and it was amazing. We flew into Cancun, arranged private transportation from the airport to the marina with "Land Savvy". I would highly recommend using Land Savvy for a flawless experience. Once you arrive at the marina, there is a private place for you and other hotel guests where they have drinks and food as you wait for your private boat transfer to Isla Mujeres. They also check you into the hotel while you're waiting so you don't need to do this once you arrive to the resort. The service was better than expected from our butlers (Mose & Jennifer), to our experience at the cocktail mixology class with (Abraham/AB, Diego, & Umberto), to our pasta making class with (Lorenzo & AB), our spa experience with (Fabiola & Genita), our private dinner with (Cesar), sharks swim up bar (Jonathon), and beachside with (Antonio).

Amazing Experience, Top Notch Service
This resort is so Beautiful. It’s easily one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed in. From the pools, to the food, and the scenery, you cannot beat Impressions! But what really takes this resort to the next level is the service specifically our Butlers Wedinzon and Erick (aka Wedzy and EDawg). They were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed at any points of the day. They went above and beyond in making a special surprise for us in our room that really made our stay! The only sad part is when we had to leave them! If you stay at Impressions, hopefully you’ll get too experience the best two butlers around!
