STAR CAMP/AQUA FUN:
Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

Excellent service!! Janell helped us figure out the schedule dinner reservations and so much more. So many options and fun things for our family of 12 ages 5 yrs to 80 yrs old. This is a great place to unplug and refresh. Staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and airy.

We recently went to the Iberostar Waves Rose Hall with some friends and had a wonderful week. Special thanks to our concierge Jelicia for taking care of us. Appreciate her and all the staff’s dedication to making the guest have a pleasant stay. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

Awesome time
Janell is an awesome concierge! She's very professional and helpful, she made our stay here at the resort wonderful, I'll definitely recommend coming . It's my first time visiting this resort and I enjoyed every moment with my friends and family.

Fun time
I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The accommodations and food were good. However, Janell my concierge made our stay even better. She was very professional and personable. She always greeted us with a warm smile. I would recommend this resort to all of my friends.!

Had a wonderful time!! Beautiful location. Very nice resort. Absolutely no complaints. Keirah from Guest Services was fabulous! Friendly and so extremely helpful! So grateful for her! Look forward to returning to the resort next year!!
