STAR CAMP/AQUA FUN:
Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.
· Discover a new, artistic dimension by reproducing giant versions of works of art as a team.
· Use all the senses in a trendy restaurant atmosphere to guess the dishes on our sensory menu.
· Record short films, become a journalist, publicist or the stars of an improvised video.

I traveled with my family and we had a wonderful time. Iberostar Rose Hall Waves exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Roxanne who checked on us daily and ensured we had everything we needed. She invited us to the hotel membership sales presentation and it was surprisingly enjoyable and informative.

We stayed at Iberostar rosehall waves beach. We selected this resort because we were with a grandchild and didn't want to make his journey too long. I've written many reviews and to be honest Negril is our place for my husband and I. We were greeted by nice desk staff and concierge. We got to our room. Beautiful view, clean room. Broken, deplorable bed. Missing middle support feet. Bed caves like a hammock. I felt like my hips were sore and I was falling out. I reported the bed 4 times and each time we were told it would be replaced. It didn't happen. I slept in my daughter's bed with grandson 3 nights. Very terrible sleep. My spouse has 2 herniated disc's and bone cancer. I told the staff and to be truthful, this was a big spoiler for our vacation. The elevators were not always working and we walked way to many trips up and down the stairs to 3 meals a day. Because of rain floors wet and slippery stairwells very dark. We loved the buffet, staff very nice. Food quality very nice. Tony's smokehouse pretty good. Olivetti wasn't worth going to, same food as buffet if you ask me. Weather didn't cooperate this trip, high wind, cold and rain. We therfore didn't get to enjoy the resort and beach as we should have. Entertainment staff was great by the pool. We enjoyed Micheal Jackson showing pool bubble party. I thought the entertainment should be earlier in the evening. We attended the breakfast next door, but I felt like we got there on false pretenses, have breakfast and see what they had to offer. We were getting the sales pitch to become Star club members and we with many others were herded from room to room. Sorry, we don't travel enough to get involved with that. Overall, a good time. I don't think we would return.

From the moment we arrived at Iberostar Rose Hall Waves, we felt welcomed. The staff is outstanding, especially Roxanne, our concierge. She handled our dinner reservations and special requests effortlessly. Her positive energy made our vacation extra special.

What a fantastic getaway! The pools, beach, and nightly entertainment were excellent. Our concierge Roxanne was exceptional. She was attentive and knowledgeable, and she invited us to the membership sales presentation which we truly enjoyed. It was well organized and worth every minute we spent.
