We spent a week on holiday at this hotel and were overall very satisfied. The location is excellent, the food was truly spectacular, and all the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. In general, we have no complaints. The only negative point we would like to mention is the attitude of one employee who appears to be part of the management team. She seems to be Eastern European or Russian, and her very bossy and dominant manner appears to make the staff feel uncomfortable and nervous, which we also noticed as guests. Aside from this, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Nice, relaxing Spring break
This hotel is amazing. The food is fantastic offering healthy options and the staff are friendly and hard working. Everywhere is spotless and clean. Would recommend and definitely will be back. Sergio on reception was especially helpful and the guy making the omelette (sorry can’t remember your name) was excellent at his job.

A very good experience
Super great time at Iberostart Waves Playa de Muro. Very good location, friendly staff and a lot of AM emitir s. Rooms are better than expected, clean and quiet. Food well prepared, and many choices, restaurants are big, clean and easy to access. You may enjoy the enterteiments even after dinner.
