Check-in Policy: Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy: Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
General Information: Room taxes are included in the vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group. If you know in advance of making any bookings that your group will exceed 8 rooms, please reach out to ALGV for assistance.

We found the hotel noisy with out of control children. As 2 women from UK we didn’t feel we were catered for. The room we paid extra for (priority location) was a waste of money——all we got was a room on 5th floor with view of the pool. Storage minimal in room. Had to ask for a kettle. Fresh water cooler was a good walk from the room and not enough coolers for the amount of guests. Entertainment noisy and theatre often so full we never stayed to watch. Restaurant noisy and food lukewarm and unappetising. Housekeeping very good and helpful. Not the relaxing break we wanted. Perhaps we just picked the wrong hotel.

We spent a delightful week at Iberostar Cristina in Palma! Upon our arrival, it was evident that the staff were very warm and professional in their service. The rooms neat and elegantly furnished while still being comfortable. The dining experience was really something to be praised! The buffet was impressively long, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and special thanks go to the chefs who prepared special vegetarian dishes for us during Christmas Eve dinner. Besides, themed dinner nights added a nice touch, making our whole 7-day stay even more memorable. The location of the hotel was ideal for the reason that it was close to the city center and other attractions. We hired bikes from the hotel and rode alongside the beautiful promenade, which was lovely. The thing that impressed me most was the attention given by the staff to the smallest things. They were courteous and did their utmost throughout our stay to make us comfortable and happy. This included advising on activities to participate in, fulfilling our requests, and even smiling at us. Special thanks to the staff at cafeteria/bar to make loads of hot drinks and mocktails for us :-). Iberostar Cristina was fantastic during our stay.

Fantastic family stay Dec 2024 Christmas Time.
Fantastic stay , nice staff , we were in all inclusive package its was great quality food options and family rooms are nice.Hotel staff are very nice in every area. Open Pool area is very nice to spend time with sun light. , kids play area that keeps kids busy.

Great Spa facial and body massage
The Spa experience from Heaven, thank you Carina, beautiful place, very professional service and great products, just perfect, I enjoyed every minute, relaxing now at the post retreat area and it’s a great way to prolong the effect :) don’t miss it!

Nov 25, 2024Generally good but no soundproofing at all
A nice hotel with good facilities, but the rooms have wooden doors, no sound isolation, you can hear everyone passing by and we could hear the neighbour s snoring. And this was in low season November, I can't imagine how is it in full season. Great breakfast options and nice outside terrace.
