My initial visit to this hotel left much to be desired. The reception, managed by two seemingly disinterested girls, lacked the guest-friendly vibe one would expect. Opting for the all-inclusive package, the atmosphere fell flat – it was more on the relaxing side but tended towards boredom, especially with a weak night program. The term "all-inclusive" here was a bit misleading; in reality, it translated to a full board with very limited drink options, restricted to just dinner and lunch. My advice: don't go for the all-inclusive option. To add disappointment, I encountered the worst Sangria ever at this hotel. Interestingly, I've had a far more positive experience at another Iberostar in Majorca; their professionalism and service outshone the amateurish approach of this particular establishment.

It was our first time in the hotel and we stayed just for one night. We love it. We had the Junior Suite which is an excellent room with a big balcony. The staff is very friendly and professional. The kitchen is excellent and service very nice. They have a nice minibar. When I had a question I asked in the reception and they could give me the answer I needed. We will for sure come back. I just can recommend a visit if this new hotel. Thank you for all the staff!

We will be back in 2024
Great Hotel from first impressions and chilled out check - in including sprkling wine, when we arrived. We had booked a priority locatrion sea view double room which was brilliant Room 506. Looked to re book for next year and this room has gone up in price considerably. You can book a far larger Junior sea view suite for far less money, does not seem to make sense to me. However could not fault anything else when we were there, Staff are fantastic and must give a mention for the two best in the restaurant who looked after us brilliantly, Diane and Mili. All staff in every department were great and made our stay so enjoyable. The 25 Rapid bus service to Palma Cathedral was great. Never found the rapid return however and we were crammed into a bus with more standing than sitting and took far longer to return to Playa de Palma.. Needed a beer at the local bar to chill out after that experience. We will hire a car when we return next year to see the coastline and Palma further. Congratulations to all at the hotel and we look forward to our return next year.

Mostly okay
Not impressed that the hotel advertises air conditioning, which is not true. A minimum limit of 23°, whether mandated by another stupid EU directive or not, is not air conditioning. It's not a medically recommended temperature for sleep. If this is the way Europe is going, I shan't be staying there in future. It took three or four engineers two hours, spread over too inconvenient visits, to reduce the temperature from the 27+ that it was. Another hotel might have offered some gesture in respect of this but not here. The hotel is clean and comfortable (except when you're trying to sleep obviously). Good position. The staff were also friendly, helpful and efficient. There were a few nice touches that added to the convenience of guests but the virtue-signalling, extending to the hotel slippers, were appalling. The roof-top restaurant was poor, particularly the service. There's a bad atmosphere about the place and the staff seem unhappy to be there and even happier to have two deal with diners.

40th Birthday Trip
Trip was booked as a surprise 40th birthday present for my wife and from the moment we walked into the hotel reception I knew that it was a great choice. From the delightful aroma that greets you, champagne and fruit on arrival and the smooth check in process for the comfort of one of the sofas in reception. Our room had a pool view room and was spacious and delightful. Breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of choice of breads, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, meats and pastries. Ate lunch every day at pool bar which was again extremely tasty with numerous options to choose from. Dinner again was exceptional, especially for seafood fans, with your meat or fish selection cooked in front of you. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. All staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, always smiling and very kindly left my wife a dessert selection accompanied by a rose, chocolates and a bottle of liquor for her birthday! Couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to return.
