Lived here 2 times - until the 3rd time I had a bad experience
I have stayed twice at Llaut as well as other Iberostar hotels in Mallorca. The only negative is the location in relation to the beach and that the pool is too small and too cold. However, I experienced very poor service this summer when I tried to book hotels for the third time. When you are a loyal customer, you don't expect such unacceptable behavior at all. After this I am done with Iberostar Llaut.

Fabulous food and beautiful hotel
Wonderful overall stay with beautiful hotel, interesting modern architecture and lovely spa facilities and pool. Very quiet and peaceful being adults only. The porter and reception young trainee who greeted us on check in made us feel welcomed immediately. Fantastic food at the buffet restaurant downstairs with options changing every day - the head chef is a wonderful host and he really made us feel we were valued guests, which made our stay special! Our room service attendant did a great job and we appreciated Jouaine's little gifts left in the room for us to brighten our stay even more when returning to our room. Only downside was we ate at the rooftop asian fusion restaurant which has a lovely decor vibe our first night with great disappointment as the young male manager and his staff were exceptionally unfriendly and we received very poor service so left after our main and did not eat there again. The food was good but if you want great food and great service - eat downstairs instead as they are consistently amazing with all the flavour options and variety to try.

Great hotel. Tired resort. But well worth a visit.
We returned this week from a fabulous few days at the Llaut Palma. The hotel is excellent - from the moment you check in, where you are immediately offered a drink and fruit, to the amazing rooftop pool where the staffing and offering were immaculate. Breakfasts were plentiful with many options available. We did upgrade to the Prestige and thought it was worthwhile - particularly if you intend to stay around the hotel/pool. And to be fair there is little that is worth seeing outside of the hotel because the resort is very tired and “samey”. Playa de Palma is a favourite of the Germans and is set up for them.

Very good. Highly recommend.
First time at this hotel. Booked 7 nights to celebrate our Golden wedding anniversary. Would recommend the bbq & tapas evening at the Norai Restaurant. Christina, Nati & Elene looked after us well. Excellent service. Make sure you are hungry. A must for meat lovers!

Fabulous meal with great staff in beautiful setting
Fabulous meal in a beautiful destination! Eleni, Natalia and Chris went above and beyond. I am vegetarian but they brought me lots of extra things they had made to cater to my dietary requirements. Would highly recommend when staying at the hotel to do the BBQ experience
