Fabulous hotel
I have spent a fabulous week at this hotel with my husband, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. There were a lot of positives: amazing room, hotel very clean, the safety of guests (needed to be a guest to use the lifts), the lovely friendly staff, the calming spa, the amount of places to chill out in the hotel etc. We had access to the roof area, it was lovely to chill out on the sunbeds there. I had a couple of treatments at the spa and they were incredibly relaxing. I avoid the gym on holiday (!) but I had a peek in there and it looked very well set out with plenty of equipment. There were lots of activities available for people that wanted them too. We liked the refillable water stations, convenient and good for the environment. The food deserves a special mention - the choice available was always extensive and constantly kept stocked up, and it was so fresh and delicious. There was always a good variety and my husband and I ate very well indeed! Again, great restaurant staff. The bar area was fab too, we tested a few of the cocktails out after our evening meal. The hotel location is handy - it is a quick walk down to the beach, and there are several supermarkets around if needed. There were two slight niggles that we had. First is that we had trouble joining the WiFi. The staff were very helpful but for whatever reason we never got the proper connection. The more important issue was that we were without a toilet for a couple of hours as it broke one morning. I completely understand that this is beyond the control of the hotel but it was inconvenient – we had to go down six floors if we needed to go! After it was mended, only one side of the flush worked, and a couple of times the tank was so slow to fill that we thought it had broken again. In a five star hotel you don’t expect to have to worry whether your toilet will work or not!! However, those issues were relatively minor, and overall we had a fantastic holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and in fact we have been looking at others in this chain in other locations.

Lovely mid-sized boutique Hotel
We’re here on a short break and have had a really enjoyable stay. It’s a lovely small hotel with absolutely no complaints — the rooms are spotless and everything is very well looked after. The reception staff are amazing — warm, helpful, and always welcoming, which really sets the tone from the moment you arrive. The service has been excellent throughout, and a special thank you to Rita in the bar, who has been fantastic and really made our stay even more enjoyable. The location isn’t right in the centre, but it’s only about 10 minutes by taxi to the main town, which is very easy. All in all, a great stay and we’d happily come back.

Money Driven Hotel Group
Before anything else, the staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional, hardworking and genuinely helpful. They did everything they could to improve our experience, and we’re very grateful for their efforts. In fact, staff even agreed to let us have lunch on our departure day after earlier confusion, which we really appreciated. However, despite the excellent staff, this was one of the biggest let downs we’ve experienced and is absolutely not a 5-star hotel. We are not big drinkers, and the six-drinks-per-day limit itself was not the issue — we understand this is a government rule in Mallorca. However, the strict restrictions around when and where those drinks could be consumed were hotel rules. We were only allowed to have the included drinks with lunch and dinner in the restaurant. If we wanted a drink at the bar, by the pool, or at any other time, we had to pay extra. On top of that, you cannot choose what you drink — the package only covers the cheapest options such as beer, wine and Aperol Spritz. My husband drinks whisky and we had to pay extra for his drinks every evening. The food offering was extremely poor. “Light snacks” were just a few pastries put out on a plate, and there were no snacks available after 6pm unless you paid. The lunch and dinner buffet was awful, with much of the food seeming reheated or reused from previous days. Star Prestige was not worth the upgrade. The so-called lounge is just a gated-off section of the lobby with uncomfortable seating, dry sandwiches, a few pastries and nowhere to put your drinks down. It doesn’t feel premium or exclusive in any way. Late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to availability, so most of the benefits didn’t feel genuinely worthwhile. Aside from the sea view and a rooftop area which I’d open to the public in the evening, the experience wasn’t much different from the standard package. As a hotel group, it felt like the focus was on getting guests to spend more money from the moment they arrive — on drinks, food and extras — rather than providing a proper prestige experience. We wouldn’t return to this hotel group, as there are far nicer hotels offering better value and a much less money-driven atmosphere. I actually felt sorry for the staff, as I could see they were used to people complaining about the same things we confused about.

Jennifer….
We would like to recognize Jennifer from the bar team at Iberostar for her exceptional service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. From the moment we met her, she greeted us with a genuine smile and a friendly, professional attitude that immediately made us feel welcome. Jennifer always looks immaculate and represents Iberostar’s high standards beautifully. She takes great pride in her work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an excellent experience. Her cocktails are absolutely delicious — crafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Everything she makes is served with a smile and a touch of personality that makes it extra special. We’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Jennifer working in the Star Prestige area, where she brings the same level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and charm. It’s wonderful to see how versatile she is — always providing five-star service no matter where she’s working. Jennifer truly embodies the spirit of Iberostar — friendly, professional, and dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. She made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable, and we believe she fully deserves to be recognized for her hard work and outstanding service.
