Star Camp is free and part of the all-inclusive experience at Iberostar and features more than 140 age-based activities based on the approach and theory of multiple intelligences, which advocates personal growth through cooperation.

Iberostar Selections Punta Cana Star Prestige staff will exceed your expectations! The atmosphere of the lobby, grounds, and suites is what you would expect at the five star Iberostar resort. However, the genuine warmth and “helpfulness” of the staff has no equal. Our assigned ambassador, Gheremy, and his supervisor, Luis, offered incredible support during our stay especially when an accident requiring medical attention happened. We travel internationally a great deal and have never felt as “taken care of” at any other resort or hotel. Cannot recommend Iberostar Selections Star Prestige service enough! The kind of service they provide is rarely available anywhere else.

Well I'll start with the positives: there were plenty of options for food and they weren't terrible. I'd avoid the steak house-its really nothing special. You will have to ask for a lot more of your drink. I was next to one other vacationer and he asked me if I thought there was any even alcohol in our drinks. Tip or suffer. A negative: they try to swindle you into buying a time-share or sorry MEMBERSHIP. It takes up half a day showing you all the things you know you're not going to buy into. OH the topper? BLOOD ON OUR SHEETS. I cannot tell you how disgusted my husband and I were. It took them 3x to change our sheets because everything was stained. To add salt to injury, the next day our cleaning woman LEFT THE BATHROOM SUPPLIES IN OUR BATHROOM. IT WAS DISGUSTING. While trying to keep it positive, I can't. We weren't at the CORAL level which they made very clear. The treatment between coral aka spending more and non-coral was always apparent. Restaurants had sections roped off to differentiate between the have and have-nots. Literally I know I can be picky, but this was next level and I cannot not ignore it. Dirty, A waste of time. Truly a disappointment. Save yourself the time and inflate a palm tree next to your pool.

Do not go to the casino! We were passed two counterfeit 100 dollar bills and the resorts and casino are not trying to rectify the situation. I will never go to another Iberostar ever! They won’t respond at all!

A Week in Paradise
Just returned from a week long family vacation (6 people, ages between 20 - 54). The resort was beautiful, the food delicious and the beach was just perfect. We ate at the buffet for breakfast and two dinners, did walk up (no lines!) for the Mediterranean and Mexican restaurants, and secured reservations for the Japanese hibachi (fun!) and the Italian restaurant (superb). Most days, some of us hit the gym (very nice!) while others found our spot at the beach. Lunch from the bar or the beachside buffet. We played volleyball and pickleball, tried various beverages, and thoroughly enjoyed wandering the sprawling and well maintained property. We booked through Costco travel and transfers were a breeze. The staff at the hotel were both friendly and efficient. No complaints from us. If I had to be nit-picky, one of our rooms had a slightly musty smell but it didn’t bother anyone enough to ask to change rooms. We bought an all day excursion to Catalina and Saona Islands (snorkeling and sunset cruise). Loved that too. Book it all and have a great time!

Experience of a lifetime!
This is truly a one of a kind vacation! The staff is AMAZING. They truly take care of your every need! The hotel rooms are spotless. The bed is very comfortable. The balconies overlook Beautiful manicured grounds, pools and have views of the ocean. The food is fabulous with so many restaurants to choose from. There are literally NO BUGS anywhere. I think we saw 1 fly. If you stay here you can also go to the other resorts they own next door, eat, drink, see the shows all free. They have a golf cart service that will take you anywhere you want to go. The beaches are pristine and they even bring you drinks on the beach! We have been here 2 times now and plan to go back again next winter. If you want the vacation of a lifetime we highly recommend. Just beware.. one you go 5 star, you'll never go back to anything less! Oh! And did I mention they have a casino next door? If we could give this 10 stars we would. Book it. You will not be disappointed!

Spring Break Policy - Bookings traveling in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
- In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
Spring Break Groups Policy: Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave a refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
