Deisi Colio at Casa Cortez was absolutely incredible. My husband and I went for the last day of our honeymoon and she made the experience completely personal and wonderful. She went the extra mile, bringing special meals, cocktails, and a whole cake to end our meal. She took care of us and made us feel so special.

Amazing!
The service was absolutely amazing! Everybody, especially Rick who was our concierge, was so kind and went out of their way to make a memorable vacation for my family. The resort was also spotless and had great amenities. We would 100% come back!

Beautiful Resort, Excellent Service

Family Vacation
Wonderful Christmas Family vacation with 15 people. Highly recommended as the food and beverages were amazing The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate everyone. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing vacation experience!
Incredible vacation at the Hyatt Ziva! The facility was clean, modern, and accommodating, the food was diverse and of the highest quality, but what made the vacation truly one of a kind was the people. Literally EVERYONE was passionate about their guests but a couple that really stood out were António who greeted us with his “special” cocktail, Marcos who keeps watch over the club, Manny who is so passionate about the guest experience at the pool, Jonathan who made every breakfast experience at the Italian restaurant memorable, and last but certainly not least, Ricardo (Rick) who made every moment a “best ever” experience. Experiences like this, and people like this, don’t happen by accident or chance. This is obviously an incredibly well run resort, from the top down, and it showed!
