It was our second trip to Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos - the last being 9 yrs ago. We were happy to be back. The resort is spotless and you can see the care that the staff take to maintain it. We were greeted by Bryan who looked after our bags when we arrived and when we left. The breakfast buffet at Plaza is amazing as is Margarita who greeted us every morning (like she didn’t our first visit 9 years ago - you can’t forget her!). The restaurants were excellent for the most part. The Italian (salads, lasagna was great as was the tiramisu, Indian (best samosas I’ve ever had!) and Mexican were our favourites. The French had a very nice ambiance but the food didn’t measure up. The Casa Cortez for lunch was amazing as was our server Israel- have the fish and been tacos! Poolside food was also very good - nachos, pizza etc. we were there for Super Bowl and they put on quite a show. Too bad the game wasn’t great! Last the gym is outstanding. Fantastic space with new equipment and lots of scheduled classes if you’re interested. overall a great experience and a great week.

Wonderful stay
The hotel is very well kept and the staff is wonderful! Delicious food and great choices of gluten free food. Lots of activities and great entertainment.

Well worth the trip.
This place is exceptional! Staff was very professional, food was excellent, resort was clean, the beach was beautiful. There were so many excursions to choose from.

Room was amazing, views were amazing, staff was amazing grounds restaurants, service,activities, all around experience keeps us coming back. Twice in three months. Every person on staff worked very hard to keep this resort immaculate.
