    Hyatt Vivid Grand Island

    This is the 16th resort we have been to since we joined unlimited vacation club in December 2019. The resort is nice the concept of a smaller resort is nice and different . The main pool is great but for the younger crowd as it’s the activity pool . We spent our 14 days at the roof top pool with a beautiful view of Cancun. The food at this place is good for All Inclusive with the French being our favorite . Big shout outs and special thanks to the pool gang at the roof top Victor, Carlos and Dennis for taking good care of us and getting us chairs each morning. Thanks to Andrew and his partners for keeping us hydrated and delivering our lunch . Also to the bar tenders Jose and Adele for their service . The breakfast buffet would not have been the same without Alexander who greated us each morning with a smile and had our drinks memorized by the second day . All of the staff at this resort was helpful and friendly and Not once was there anyone that was not there to offer any assistance This is a nice new resort that you should try out I am sure we will be back but until then Adios

    you get what you paid for.

    food is mostly very nice. I paid roughly 280 a night. For the price, it is good enough. the spa coupon they advertise is useless, they charge over 200 bucks for a 50 minute massage. also only half of the resort is finished. so you will hear constant construction noise.

    The hotel has views that are over the top. Food was exceptional as was the wait staff. Our room could not have been better. We were treated like royalty. The spa treatments were exceptional and the views from the rooftop pool was a sight to behold.

    Best hotel

    I highly recommend the hotel. The food, our room, the activities and the staff 10 out of 10. But I would like to make a special mention for the pool concierge, Cristian. He was the star of our stay, he helped us a lot, he made sure we were comfortable enough to enjoy we would definitely come back, thank you friend Cristian for your hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Bad experience

    I went on vacation for my birthday celebration but to be quite honest, this stay has changed my whole outcome regarding all inclusive. I will be utilizing air bnb's from now on. I would not recommend coming to this property for any vacation reason
