    Comfortable Size

    Very large room for a 2 double bed booking at a low price compared to nearby options. Great location too close to shopping. The room fit 4 people just fine and did not feel cramped. The bathroom and room were both very clean. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were a great feature too.

    Surprised and Blown-Away!

    I felt like a VIP when I was surprisingly upgrade upon check-in! I was treated so well, and while I wasn't able to stay both of the nights I was at the hotel in the upgraded room, the staff assisted in making my transition to my next room seamless! The staff even took the time to get me non-scented bathroom soap, as the Hyatt stocks items that have Argan Oil - which I have an allergy to - quite, efficient and friendly! Cannot wait to stay here again!

    No lounge? No thanks.

    The hotel itself is fine, central location, refreshed rooms. The killer is not reopening the executive lounge after COVID ended. Seriously, the hotel is right by the financial district. It’s also the only Hyatt property in the city. What’s stopping management from reopening a lounge? It doesn’t even have to be as lavish as the one at JW Marriott. Sheraton Wall Center has a modest lounge that is packed. I and others I know would make this Hyatt our frequent stay if they had a lounge. Not having one is just short sighted and says they don’t care about their members.

    Comfortable, clean and great customer care

    The hotel is what you would expect from a Hyatt. Comfortable, clean, and a step or two above average. Customer service, cleanliness and comfort are very present. Nicest place I've stayed in Vancouver area to date. Very well appointed - great location. I would stay here again, and recommend to others.

    Stay at Hyatt, excellent

    We've stay at this Hyatt several times and never had a problem with the staff or with our rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are always clean. Large flat screen TV is really nice. The location is centrally located for shopping and restaurants, this is a big plus.
