Great location, excellent service
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the heart of the entertainment district, which is great. It can get noisy on the street so I recommend a higher floor room. The rooms are spacious and surprisingly inexpensive considering the location.

Awful, rude
Hotel is dated. Lobby looks nice but rooms are so old ! Beds look inviting room decor blah. The bathroom is old fashioned , not been updated in years . No valet parking, you pay $40 to go into a parking garage that is difficult to park in with a large car. Also, though a Hyatt member , the upgrade that was available and supposed to be offered at no cost was $80 extra. Embarrassing when available and such a sub par property, definitely reconsidering whether to ever stay at a Hyatt again after front desk clerk was rude, and unhelpful. The reason I gave two stars , the bar was very nice and bartender was great. Many better options in Toronto.

"A wonderful birthday stay for my Wife and I".
The staff are so wonderful. Our overall experience was fantastic. From the check-in, to our brief visit at the bar and then the wonderful breakfast we enjoyed the next morning, we would highly recommend The Hyatt Regency Toronto. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing staff and service second to none.
The service was outstanding. The staff was cutious and my comfort was their number one priority. Rob behind the desk went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was memorable by assisting in anyway possible when i lost my phone.

A pleasant stay
Location is very convenient. Lots of coffees and restaurant around. There is a street car stop just in front of the hotel and subway is within walking distance. Room was clean and pretty quiet. The staff is very helpful if you have any questions.
