Very disappointed
Booked to stay for 9 nights from 31 Dec - rooms not available at 2pm “there have been lots of people checking out today”. Really? how many people have checked out on NYE? Check in staff member was quite the rudest person I have encountered in any hotel - apparently he was far too busy to assist me with accessing WiFi . His attitude and condescending demeanour is truly shocking. The gents restrooms downstairs in lobby were swimming in water - 30 mins after reporting this hygiene and safety issue, no action had been taken to resolve the issue. First impressions are lasting impressions - I am very, very disappointed thus far.

Location good, rest bad
You can provide an extra bed if 3 people staying. You dont need to wait for us to come to you next day. And you have an unnecessary lamp above the table. We hit our head 3 times in a day. And your room is smelling mold.

Good location, very bad service
Very disappointing front desk experience. We were considering extending our stay for another two nights and approached the front desk to check the availability of a suite. Unfortunately, the male staff member with a Korean accent was extremely rude and dismissive. As a result of this interaction, we decided not to extend our stay, checked out as planned, and moved to the Sofitel next door. I do not believe this Regency qualifies as a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage, which was disappointing. The hotel should be downgraded to a four-star rating to better align with the level of service provided and to set appropriate expectations.
