    Would not stay again.

    Room was tired, blind was shabby and didn't operate very well. View was not what we expected. Location was awesome though! Was not worth the AUD$360 we paid. Stayed in room 442. Tired, needs an upgrade. Housekeeping didn't replenish the tea bags prior to our arrival.

    Bad receptionist can really ruin a day.

    The receptionist Adora was terrible. Not to Hyatt standards for sure. She was very cold to us. We did not feel welcome AT ALL. The first image of this Hyatt is really bad due to this particular person. 前台ADORA的态度非常糟糕，让人感觉一点也没受到欢迎。绝对不是HYATT该有的样子。全程让人感觉非常冷漠。和其他前台接待形成了鲜明的对比。不明白这样的人怎么能在酒店的最前线。因为这个接待让我们对这家HYATT印象非常差。

    Great service, location and value.

    If there's an award for Hyatt Hotels, I will definitely vote Hyatt Regency Sydney. The service not only good but has been steady good for years. Also the rooms in the new wing is great too while the rooms in the old wing is slightly bigger I believe. I'm happy to recommend Hyatt Regency Sydney after comparing all other Hyatt Hotels including Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Hyatt Centric and Hyatt Regency in all major cities in Australia.

    I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency.

    The Hyatt Regency is on Darling Harbour, which is well located within walking distance of the ferries at both Barrangeroo and Circular Quay, as well as the Opera House, NSW State Library, and shopping district. The hotel staff fulfilled my request for a higher floor and harbour view. The room was refreshed daily, with perfection. After staying four nightmarish nights at the rundown Adina Apartments Darling Harbour, it was pure pleasure to stay another six nights at a real hotel and in a beautiful room.

    A pleasnt stay in Sydney

    We had a few out of the ordinary requests that were delt with efficiently. The recption staff as well as the housekeeping staff were very plesant and helpfull. The rooms were very clean and nicely layed out. The hotel is situated very centrally and and access to the harbour front is easy. Also the tram service is not a far walk to the stop.
