Incredible stay - highly recommend top floor facing the Harbor, especially if you are staying on a Saturday so that you get an amazing view of the fireworks right from your room. Wonderful location, enjoyed the gym, and especially enjoyed the club lounge access - Chef Roman makes amazing omelettes! Staff is friendly & very responsive. Concierge desk had some helpful recommendations too. Thanks Hyatt team for a great stay!!

Great Location and Service
Great location and wonderful service. We enjoyed being so close to the harbor and all of the restaurants and activities within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the concierge services.

Great hotel in a top location close to darling harbour and all the restaurants Fantastic bar on the 12th floor with views of the harbour

Location is very good, walking distance to QVB, Darling Harbor and Chinatown. Rooms is very clean. Room sound proofing is also good.

5 star hotel without anything soft-closing. No bathtub. Not sure if that's the norm in Australia as 5-star hotels in Asia are a world of difference. Quite a disappointment
