Perfect location, friendly staff, clean rooms, great options for food and coffee. Honestly as they seem to say here, was not expecting this level of service at ab industrial scale hotel.

Must stay
The hotel is beautiful, located 5 min from the darling Harbour. Great location, the rooms are so nice, the staff was so attentive and i love their cappuccino every morning

Nice hotel with great staff!
Stayed at the Hyatt Sydney and was treated to a good hotel with a great location and even nicer staff. Rooms were nice and had a view of Darling harbour. But the staff was the jewel of the property and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. Great job!

A first-rate hotel
We decided we'd have a bit of a splurge and spend our last few nights in Sydney at the Hyatt. This is a first-rate hotel. The staff are absolutely dedicated to assuring that everything be done to the highest standards and that the guests needs are accommodated.

Overall a very nice stay concierge named Will was excellent with his assistance in all areas I have mobility problems and he gave us advice in getting to locations and directions to local businesses
