We loved this hotel. We felt very taken care of in every aspect. In great location not far from Union Square, comfortable beds, great views, helpful staff. Nice dining option and bar area off lobby with market for snacks, coffee, etc. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Exceeded expectations
Recently refreshed hotel with nice touches in the guest rooms like ceramic coffee mugs and a carafe for iced water. A few minutes walk to BART and MUNI metro. No noise inside or outside for a Friday to Sunday stay. Attentive housekeeping.

Loved staying here!
Great time here! Exceeded my expectations. Everything is great. Room is a little small, but it's a great deal. Right in downtown, proximity to everything I wanted to check out is within walking distance. Peaceful sleeping at night. Beautiful city views.

Great breakfast in Regency Club!
This is my favorite Hyatt in SF. The breakfast buffet (included for Globalists), convenient location with respect to BART and buses, and friendly staff make this my first choice when I am staying in SF.

Beautiful atmosphere and the interior design in the lobby is stunning. Great breakfast buffet and helpful staff. The on-site market was great too. The rooms were a bit small, but mainly because of the blocky wall structure. Overall an excellent stay and would come again. Sarah checked us in and was SO friendly and wonderful.
