From start to finish the property made my family feel welcome and went above and beyond to maximize our experience while we were there. My family of 4 was traveling to celebrate my son's (2) year birthday at Sea World. The local team (Jessica Johnson) followed up with us in the lobby upon our arrival to ensure we knew what to expect as far as parking, best times to get there as well as proposing other kid friendly activities in the area like "The Do-seum" where our son had an absolute blast! We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family as we are confident the team there will deliver the same level of guest service to any and all travelers.

Helpful and honest
Isaac in valet was very helpful! He gave my husband and I information about the growth around the area which was very insightful. He was extremely professional! Kind of disappointed that the hotel was cashless.

Love the location, pool access is a bummer
The good- love the location on the Riverwalk, love the elevator access to the riverwalk level. The room size was decent, reasonably comfortable bed, I liked the walk in shower and am always glad when there is a mini fridge in the room. The hotel bar was nice, drinks were expensive but not shockingly so. The coffee shop and market at the lobby level was very convenient. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, oyster bar or pizza food truck so I can’t speak to those. I did like that you can self park or valet and the parking garage is just across the street. The bad- it’s an older building and there is clearly zero sound dampening used on the adjoining rooms door. The people next to us were very loud at all hours and I could hear everything - even at 3am. Also the pool accessibility situation is pretty ridiculous. There are two sets of stairs from the 11th floor to get there. There are two lifts but both were broken. I’m not a wheelchair user but cannot do stairs. I was very bummed to not have pool access and when I went to the front desk to the inquire about possible resolution they (3 different staff members) would not acknowledge it was broken. In fact they tried to get the security guard to go all the way back up there to prove to us that the upper lift was just turned off. We asked that they look into it and get back to us. Later that evening I followed up and she knew nothing. The next morning I was told they were in fact broken and I could go swim at the grand Hyatt at no charge. I’m not sure why it took 24 hours to get to that answer but oh well. If stairs are an issue for wheelchair user or otherwise know pool access may be a problem. The in hotel elevator may outweigh that but something I wish I had prior knowledge of.

Could not express anymore how perfectly awesome our stay was. I would go on vacation just to stay here again.
Military reunion. It’s was hands down the best place to have it. We were treat with the upmost respect and all staff just seemed to be happy. The bartenders are next level! And the fact you walk directly out the doors and your at the Riverwalk was absolutely perfect
