Jan 27, 2025Great hotel and view of the Eifel Tower
Pillows were good and room was very comfortable. Good access to the train through the Palis de Congress. Would stay here again on my next visit to Paris. The upgrade for nice view of the tower was also worth it. Breakfast was fine, something from a local cafe might be more tasty but not as convenient.

I've been granted with dirty room. It took more than 0.5 hour to replace it with a new one, clean one. With Hyatt level of service, I have expected much more. Breakfast are very good, plenty of choices, with gluten free separate part. So good :)

No daily housekeeping done!
Great location, small rooms compared to USA, housekeeping staff does not come to see about your need for service unless you call the receptionist multiple times and wait for hours. Buffet breakfast was good, location of hotel is good also.

Jan 22, 2025Bad experience at Hyatt Paris Etiole for my business stay
I forgot my airpods while checkout in my room. But the hotel security team was unable locate them. I do not agree to this as the airpods location according to Find my iphone app was Hyatt Paris Etiole until 4 hours after my checkout. Clearly cleaning staff got it and dint handover it to Security. I will avoid my recommend staying at Hyatt to my colleagues. Another issue i had is refund of amount billed for access to regency club. I dint use the regency club and I requested the reception to refund the amount. However, they refused to do so.

Great hotel!
Excellent hotel. This has been my go to hotel in Paris for eight years. My only complaint would be the hotel has no valet and no parking garage. Additionally, there is a roundabout that you must past through when you both enter and exit the hotel which frequently suffers from gridlock. There is a metro station close by.
