Dec 02, 2025A Perfect Family Stay in Paris!
We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile! Check-in was quick and easy, and our Regency Suite, two connecting rooms with two bathrooms, was absolutely perfect for our family of four. We were celebrating my daughter’s golden birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by surprising her with a delicious chocolate cake and orange juice. She was over the moon, and it made our trip feel even more special! Another amazing surprise was discovering that the hotel connects directly to the train station. Since we visited in November when it rained quite a bit, being able to walk from the train straight into the hotel without getting wet was a huge bonus. We also enjoyed breakfast and the evening snacks in the lounge. The menu stayed the same during our four-night stay, but everything was fresh and tasty, and the space itself was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, we had a truly lovely experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location and stylish.
Great hotel with excellent location above the train station. It is only 15 min walking distance from the main attractions. Don't forget to check the bar on the 32nd floor; stunning view.

Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile - Wonderful Family Stay
We just got back from a 7-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile and couldn’t be happier. Our Regency Suite (#2707) was spacious and perfect for our family of four, with very comfortable beds. The Eiffel Tower could also be seen from our room. The location is great for exploring Paris. The staff really made our stay special. Camilla Graglia, Paul Morey and Jeanne Poussin coordinated our arrival and surprised our daughter with a personalized welcome gift for her 13th birthday - it was such a thoughtful touch! Paul and Estelle at check-in were friendly and helpful, and Melody and Miguel made checkout smooth. The Regency Club was a highlight - breakfast and evening snacks were wonderful thanks to Justine Plateau, Ines-Louis, Juana, Slava, and Emma, who were always welcoming and attentive. We also enjoyed the Mayo Restaurant, where Manager Irina gave us a nice walkthrough of the breakfast options and allowed me take photos before opening. Overall, everyone was so helpful, friendly, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and the food, drinks, and location made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for families visiting Paris! 5/5 Stars!

Magical stay with view of Eiffel Tower
I stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday with his family. Our party of 5 stayed in a Regency Suite and a King Club Room. Both rooms had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Check-in was smooth. One room was upgraded to a King Club Access room with Eiffel Tower view from a standard twin room. My request to have the rooms near each other were honored - the rooms were on the same floor and a rooms apart. The front desk person also acknowledged we were celebrating a birthday and explained the breakfast amenity. I had breakfast in the club room, which had a selection of breakfast pastries, fruits (including papaya and pineapple), smoked salmon, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon and I am sure I am missing other options. I didn't try the breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby (couldn't spare the time) though I would have loved to so that I could compare the two. The hotel is also very convenient to mass transportation. The closest subway is a short walk through the mall connected to the hotel. Maybe I am weird but I actually prefer waking through a mall to get to the subway so I would stay here again in a heart beat. And why was the stay magical? It wasn't just the view of the Eiffel tower from the room but the VIP team left a birthday cake and drinks for us when we returned to the room. We were lamenting not picking up pastries on our way back and voila we had a chocolate mouse cake waiting for us. It definitely felt like magic. I highly recommend staying here and will be back.

Great stay
Loved our stay, especially Eifel Tower view! All went smoothly without needing any extra help after check-in. So handy to have metro and trains so close in the attached shopping mall.
