Great experience all around. I used the app for check in, room key, and check out. It made the trip a breeze. I also really appreciated the early check in option. It's location was very nice. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Good location (near Conv Ctr and nearby dining/drinks). Hotel was kept very clean. Daily housekeeping kept my room spotless. Decent sized fitness center with plenty of equipment. Could get a little over crowded in the AM. Drinks at Rocks (lobby bar) were good, but the service was slow. The ‘Market’ coffee shop was ok, but it also was a little slow during ‘peak’ times. It did stay open for late night snacks. The pool was nice, but their hours are limited which makes it difficult to swim in the morning for a workout. Only 15/20 minutes to MCO. No real World Of Hyatt recognition or benefits.

Overall great experience! Will definitely go back! Caring helpful staff. Clean well stocked rooms and bathrooms. B-Line Cafe is the place to go for breakfast!

Lost Item returned
It was a pleasant solo stay at Hyatt Regency Orlando. I forgot an item in the closet, thankfully, Jonny from the security team was helpful and professional every step of the way in ensuring that my item was returned to me. The overall experience and stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and upscale hotel experience.

We were in Orlando for the Citrus Bowl. We were visiting from Michigan and this was the team hotel. It was cool to see the players and coaches around the hotel. The hotel was very nice. Our room was awesome. We were offered to purchase an upgrade through the Hyatt app prior to arrival. We got a much nicer room at a discounted rate. This was very nice. The pool was great but the weather did not allow for much time swimming. The hot tub was nice but the pool was a little too chilly for the kids. They still managed a few trips down the slide. The location was perfect for all we had to do.
