Inconvenient Hotel
They didn't have the room correct at check in, that took a hr. to fix. Can barley get hotel room service on the phone and when you do they will get your order incorrect. Valet is ~$60 per day and you get to pay this while being harassed by homeless people waiting on your car or if you are a smoker. The restaurants are awful in my experience its just not much good about this property. Not enough staff you will basically wait on everything.

Recent Unhappy Stay
Not so great experience even with premium rate. The room is small, bedding is not comfortable mainly due to quality from pillows to quilt. The shower flow is tiny especially for hot water. AC is quite noisy. I did not have good sleep at all during my 5-night stay there.

Elevator system complex and impractical
You have to take two escalators to get to the elevators. How ridiculous is that. If you valet park your parking is free. If you self park it will cost you 70 plus dollars for 4 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you this till it’s too late.

Great Hotel Experience
Excellent staff, the cleanliness was excellent.Great rooms with beautiful views of the city. Great restaurants n bars.just an all around great experience.My mom worked here many many years ago and i use visit her at work.She recently passed so this experience is always special.

A great choice in New Orleans
This hotel was a pleasure to call home in New Orleans for a few days. Clean, modern, comfortable, efficient, and in a relatively quiet part of the downtown. Close (walking distance) to the French Quarter, Warehouse District, and the St. Charles streetcar line.
