Great experience with costumer service
I went to the hotel for the ARD Conference. Had the pleasure of meeting Lee and Dennis Moore. Both were extremely easy to talk to and inviting. Great experience

Do not stay here! This hotel and their staff are absolutely horrible!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE! STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! I will provide full details of my extended stay below: What needs help with this hotel? Customer Service! All this hotel can do is apologize. Yet nothing gets fixed. Customer service is extremely important - (this comes from a successful business owner). Our stay was absolutely horrific. To start our trip - the beds are in need of serious upgrades! I have never every stayed in such an uncomfortable bed in my entire lifetime. (And I have stayed in thousands of hotels.) The next morning, I had not one but two different people open my door, and yes I had the do not disturb sign up!! The first time I was in my PJ's - hair wasn't brushed, no bra etc. The second time the came in (still with the do not disturb sign up) I was stark naked! What in the world is wrong with these people!!?? Total invasion of my privacy and totally embarrassing!! So, I head down to the customer service desk. I asked the staff member what the little door hanging thing was for - they advised that this was their do not disturb sign. I advised that I was well aware of what that sign was for and I advised that they needed to train their staff better. I advised that two different staff members ignored the door hanger sign and came right in my room. Once when I was in my PJ's and once when I was as naked as the day I was born. All they could do was apologize. I also advised how extremely uncomfortable their beds were and I asked if they had a mattress pad/topper that could be added to make it more bearable (since I wasn't able to sleep, and I still had several more days of staying in this hotel). She advised that they do have mattress toppers that they can come install on the mattress and that they would send someone up soon to install the topper. I returned to my room that evening, and my room was the same way I left it. (Towels on the floor for collection, the bed wasn't made etc.) And there was a bag sitting on the chair when you first walk in the room. I opened the bag and there is a sheet in the bag... well this must be my "mattress pad / topper". I went down to the front desk to see what in the world happened. I first asked why they would leave a fitted sheet in a bag in my room and not put it on my bed. The response killed me! They said well there has been a note placed on your account not to access the room. I responded: why would there be a note on my account like that? They advised that they were not sure. So I advised what had happened the day prior and advised how two different people came in my room with the do not disturb sign up. They said that must be why they have that note. So now I am being penalized and can't get my room clean or get a mattress topper installed on my bed because your staff can't follow the rules. What in the world!!?? Then I advised that they left a fitted sheet in a bag, not the pillow topper / pad. Then she advised that they don't offer mattress pads / toppers for their beds. Well then why was I advised the night before that they had the mattress pads? Unbelievable! I asked them to remove the "note from my account" and service my room the next day. The next day I leave my room and don't return until the evening. I come back to my room and all of the towels are still piled on the floor, the bed is not made. I go all the way back down to the front desk and ask why they didn't service my room again today. The response: "There is a note on your account not to service the room." What!!!??? You have got to be kidding me! So, I have to explain the whole entire story all over again! You would think these idiots at the front desk would know by now, since it's all of the same people - but no! I tell them I need towel right now. I just want to shower and go to bed at this point, since I am literally past the point of exhaustion due to the lack of sleep, due to the extremely uncomfortable mattress. I head back to my room to wait for my towels. 45 minutes later... still no towels. I call down to the customer service desk. I advise that I am still waiting for towels and that I need them brought up immediately. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting I finally hear a knock on the door! It's the towels. The next day, I call down to the guest services - I advise that regarless of any note on my account I need my room made up. I needed new towels, my bed maid and I now needed toilet paper. I was told that someone would make up the room within an hour. I left for 4 hours. When I returned, I noticed my room still was not maid up! I called guest services again, and their response was they didn't go to my room because there was a note on my account not to go to my room! Are you serious!!?? I demanded to speak with a manager. I informed the "manager" all of the issues that occurred and informed her that I even called that morning and requested my room to be cleaned! I was assured that the room would be cleaned. I left the room until the evening. When I came back to my room that evening, I noticed they finally came to my room. My bed was made and I finally had a full set of towels! BUT I have no toilet paper!! You have got to be kidding me!!! I call down to customer service desk and I advised that my room was finally made up, but I still have no toilet paper! I asked them to send toilet paper up ASAP as I am completely out and I could really use the toilet! Well, I waited and waited and still no toilet paper! So, I run downstairs to use a toilet! I go down to the front desk and advise that I am still waiting for toilet paper. (No they are not busy!! It is about 11pm and nobody is at the desk.) They advise that they will gather it and bring it up themselves. About 30 minutes goes by and I finally get toilet paper! The next day, I leave the sign off my door - just to see if I magically get my room made up - Of course not! I return late that night, totally exhausted but extremely hungry. Since all of the restaurants were closed, I decided to order room service. My order was very simple: 2 Turkey and Bacon BLT sandwiches and 2 Pepsi's. Simple. I was told 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I called to get an update on the delivery. I was told they were leaving with my food now. After 1 hour and 45 minutes my food finally arrived. 2 sandwiches and only 1 Pepsi... Of course! My husband and I open the boxes with our sandwiches. Cold! Cold turkey (which was once warm) cold bacon, cold fries. The sandwiches didn't even form sandwiches with bread on each side. We were both starving so we forced down a few bits before giving up and throwing everything away. What a waste of time and money! This hotel needs some serious management, training and help! All they could do was apologize. Horrible service and horrible hotel! I do not recommend staying at this location in New Orleans! Stay anywhere else!!!

Family trip
Everything was top tier I cant complain about anything‼️‼️The staff was very helpful the bar staff was amazing also. Ill be staying there every trip to New Orleans.

Family Visit to Big Easy!
Great experience for the family as we were in town for the kids' Spring Tae Kwon Do National Tournament. The hotel provided the right ambience and facilities for making the stay comfortable.

Amazing stay!!
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room, location, staff and food was absolutely amazing - no complaints on my part. I would recommend and would return if I decide to come back to NOLA!!
