This was my second trip as a globalist and it was awesome. We used a Suite Upgrade Award and the suite was amazing. Great room, great view, and just a place you would want to spend time. We really liked the location- most of the main tourist areas except the sports arenas were a little bit away but I walked to the riverfront and the French quarter but they were a little farther. I liked it actually. I couldn’t imagine being in one of the main tourist areas. So it suited us great. My wife and kids popped over to a Pelicans game since it was so easy. We were glad we had a car for sure The whole family absolutely raved about the breakfast. It felt so high end and an amazing variety presented in a very upscale way. It might have been most of our favorite parts except for suite. People were friendly and helpful and the room was great. There was a little confusion the first night because the woman checking us in was new but the manager was really helpful and everyone worked to try to be as accommodating and helpful as possible. Would definitely recommend and would go back

Stunning and a hidden gem!!
The hotel experience was absolutely incredible—the property itself is stunning. We stayed for a total of five nights and attended several events around town during our visit. In my opinion, the breakfast is a must! At first, I thought the $25 buffet price was a bit steep, but it was well worth it. The staff were extremely friendly and patient throughout our stay. The only downside for us as visitors was transportation. We weren’t aware of the streetcars and didn’t receive much information about that option. I think it would be very helpful for the hotel to inform travelers about public transportation, especially for those who want to explore the area. That said, we came across a real gem at the hotel—Dennis. He pointed us in the right direction and helped us with information about streetcars, happy hour spots, and everything else we needed. His help made a big difference in our experience.

air condition not working properly in room.
Our room stay hot for three days until the problem was resolved and thermostat replaced . the room temperature range for three days was 75- 80 degrees. we kept the curtains closed during this time hoping that would help due to all the glass.
