All looks fancy and good. The front staff needs to be train for customer support and hospitality. The brunch (Breakfast) mostly designed for local tourism. Room service closes early, not available all the time. If you are AMX Platinum member make sure to remind them you have a free upgrades.

Hotel cleanliness, safety, and amenities were great. I used the water fill station in the hotel with no issues. The location is also ideal; however, the area is very busy so plan for heavy traffic.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel and if you combine this with the AMEX THC then its an amazing value. We loved the location and will probably stay here if again in town.

Great food at a nice Hyatt Regency
This Hyatt Regency is located in Polanco, which is a safe and great area for tourists like me in Mexico city. I arrived early (around noon) and the hotel staff were able to have an early check-in which I highly appreciate. Moreover, the breakfast and regency club dinner are both awesome. For part of my stay, I initially got upgraded to a suite, but was later told that the suite needed some urgent renovations and I couldn't stay in that room anymore. So as an alternative, the staff re-arranged me to stay in a connecting room - which was quite a new experience for me. It was spacious and cozy! On the minor negative side, the hotel is in general not new, and you can still hear police car sirens on a high floor in the middle of the night. I had to wait quite a while to check in at this Hyatt Regency on the first floor when I arrived. There was a long line and no dedicated line for WoH members (or Globalists). Most staff speaks fluent English, but some front desk staff's English wasn't that good. For 2-3 times I've found myself had to explain something multiple times (and sometimes I just gave up).
