We stayed here while doing a tour at University of Manchester. It was right next to it and a 20 minute walk to Selfridges, the high street and Christmas markets. Fantastic location! The hotel is lovely, clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again next time.

me-time kind of treat
I love staying at the Hyatt. Every time it is like a micro-holiday and feels like a treat. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, big selection breakfast. I'm already looking forward to the next stay there!

Great hotel, exceptional staff, would stay again!
Location was perfect for an event at the Manchester Academy, the staff were exceptional, friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the request for hypoallergenic bedding was responded to immediately. The restaurant was great - the food was good and good value for money..

Rubbish hotel. Don’t bother. It’s long way out of town. Reception said ‘hello give us £50 deposit now’ Tried to rip us off saying we owed for breakfast . We had already payed in full. Tv kept coming on in middle of night. Put stupid ‘service charges on everything’ Room not ready at 3pm. Had to wait. (Any later the room cleaner could tucked us in). Won’t go back bunch of clowns.
