    The best place I've ever stayed at in Manchester.

    I don't generally enjoy traveling very much, I find it stressful. However, the Hyatt Regency was genuinely one of the most relaxing hotels I've ever been in. Everything from start to finish was seamless and felt easy. The room was comfortable and spotless, and they even have multiple gluten free options on the menu (important to me and my family as Coeliacs) . It's now the only place I will ever stay in Manchester.

    Such a comfortable stay

    I love staying at Hyatt and the Manchester Hyatt was amazing. I’m always surprised at how pleasant it is to check in and stay versus other hotels. One thing I noticed was the fragrance which seems to be standard at Hyatt, which was very comforting.

    Below expectations

    Three fire alarms in 7 hours, one at 4am. When I called the Duty Manager I was told it was due to a major water leak in the room above me... Stained pillow, dirty cup in the room, rude receptionist, bathroom in need of maintenance... not a great look Hyatt.

    Great hotel in a perfect location

    Fantastic hotel with a great location. Everything you need is there and the staff are so friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and elegant. The conference facilities are superb and the staff there couldn't be more efficient. Always a pleasure travelling to the Hyatt Manchester.

    Excellent stay at Manchester Hyatt, very dedicated, friendly staff.

    Superb service from all members of staff in Reception, at the Concierge desk and in the restaurant for dinner. Room very clean and well appointed. Hotel prepared for our early check-in, nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff. An excellent hotel.
