The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is excellent and conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city. Public transportation was highly accessible, which made travel very smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

First time, won't be the last. 10/10
First time staying at the Hyatt Manchester. We had a music event at the northern college of music 2 mins away. Hotel was perfect. Room was clean, bed was super comfy. We had dinner and drinks in the restaurant. A lady called Steph served us - really good customer service, was chatting with us and had a good sense of humor. We asked for a cheese board to be delivered to our room due to us being out. She sorted it out for us, left us a lovely note with our cheese and wine. Thank you Steph. Breakfast was great. 10/10 Would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay at this Hotel
Had a great stay at this hotel while in Manchester Great service and staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome Breakfast was great and had lots of choice especially the omlettes The interconnecting family rooms were very spacious with good storage and good levels of cleanliness The beds were also comfortable and quite corridors A little bit out from the centre but only a short uber ride so no issue Parking available at an additional cost next door but very convenient Perfect for our stay and definitely would recommend

Great stay, as always! Best omelettes ever…
We stay at this hotel regularly when visiting our daughter at Manchester Uni- it’s a handy location. The hotel is beautifully clean and well-decorated, with lovely views from the higher floors. Previously we have stayed in a club room, which included free drinks and canapés! Beds are comfy and bathrooms good. The hotel is made extra special by the staff, who are always really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts have a large choice of food and the cooked-to-order-egg chefs do the best omelette I have ever tasted! Will be back again soon…
