Location was excellent, with lagoon and ocean views. Swan pedal boats were so fun, with discount from the Destination Fee (pricey at $30/day). Staff was very attentive, and helpful every time. Parking staff was not as helpful, and we were confused as to the parking in/out process without getting charged extra. Clean, spacious rooms with city and ocean views.

Great place to have that extra day before leaving LA
We found this hotel location was idea for our needs... close to the waterfront and aquarium. Ideal to past the time away while we get ready to fly back to our home.

Room had graffiti, halls were dirty, and market food and staff were not good at all. There was a emergency alarm at 2am that was false. We had to evacuate. Then was notified it was false and given no explanation.

Fancy looking, but look beneath the exterior and find that they could be more amenities and reasonable food choices both in price and quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy access to the convention center
A great location, especially to the convention center. Easy access from SNA and easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly and the spaces were very clean.
