This hotel is wonderful every time we stay here. We attended for a company function. From the moment of check-in everyone was helpful. accommodating and very responsive and feel went above and beyond. I arrived extremely early in the morning and check-in was not available at the time but they worked fast to get me in and comfortable. I will definitely be returning for personal and business. Love this hotel and their staff!!! The hotel felt so clean. It was great!

Great stay at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach
Nice time at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach again- this was my second stay at this conference hotel and it is always a nice experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, quiet, and in a wonderful location that makes accessing shopping and dining experiences very easy.

Excellent Hotel
We came here, pre-cruise, for one night and it was a perfect fit for our vacation. Walking distance to everything that is Long Beach. Ample restaurants, bars and attractions right out the door. The hotel itself, beautiful. Only negative is the prices inside the hotel. Outlandish! Go out for breakfast or a drink and save your money.

Whilst the hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very comfortable, all the extra fees make for an expensive stay. The "resort fee" is just a con. Over $33 per day which you can't decline, even if you use none of the facilities that the fee covers. Also car parking at over $40 a day is a rip-off. I parked in a residential zone some distance away, I was not going to be fleeced by Hyatt

Comfortable hotel in pleasant location. Very comfortable and spacious room with pleasant outlook. Food was generally expensive and disappointing. Poke bowl for dinner wasn’t bad but breakfast was expensive and awful. Staff on breakfast shift were abrupt and behaved as if they didn’t want to be there. Food was poor and looked as if it had been thrown together
