Mar 01, 2026Nothing to see from the outside, great inside!
Took a group of 12 from the office to see ABBA Voyage and we all stayed at the Hyatt Regency. We had supper there before the show, drinks before and after and breakfast. Really great situation if you want to explore the Olympic area, right next to Westfield and Stratford mainline/underground. Rooms and beds very comfortable, food good and staff a delight. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful when I asked for a table for 12 at a very busy breakfast and sat us all in very quickly. When I complimented them they said that last weekend they had 500 guests to sit, as they only have 150 covers this took some doing! Well done to the Hyatt team, particularly the bar and restaurant staff.

Exceptional Hotel in Every Way
The room was spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The atmosphere in the bar area was very viby and relaxing too. The breakfast was superb. Such variety. I have to mention the staff and their customer service. They have clearly been trained to an exceptional standard. We were made to feel very special and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back without hesitation.

Wonderful stay
My son and I had a wonderful five-night stay. The location was ideal for his MT training and also convenient for shopping. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection including cold meats and cheeses as well as a cooked breakfast. The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a couple of lunches at the bar and my son and I had an evening meal there on our final night. We also enjoyed several nights of drinks. The bar staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. Their positive relationships with each other were evident in the exceptional service they provided. We are eager to return.

Brilliant hotel and lovely staff
Brilliant stay here. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic, ideal for transport links to London (or ABBA voyage). The rooms in the hotel are lovely - minimalist chic and luxurious feeling and are immaculate. Breakfast service is great, food is lovely and a great selection. We will definitely be back!!

Disappointed. Messaged ahead clearly not read by staff. Ripped chair in room. Got a new room ,TV broken. I use to trust and have been loyal to hyatt globally. Well sadly this visit fell short. Decor. Customer service. Breakfast experience. Tv issue. Could have been just bad luck. Some staff amazing. Some staff not so.
