Super location, stylish contemporary rooms with great breakfast
This hotel is quite simply best placed for Westfield shopping centre and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic park. It is stylish contemporary design hotel with everything you would expect from a decent London hotel. Location is just a 10min walk from Stratford station and literally just opposite the Chestnut Plaza entrance to the shopping centre. Rooms are spacious, we had 701 and 702 and had views of London Stadium and London skyline (see pic). Rooms have super comfortable king size beds, with fridge, safe, hairdryer, ironing board/iron, tea and coffee making facilities and a fully equipped en-suite shower room with quality toiletries. The well appointed rooms are clean and have a desk and large TV. The only niggle was wardrobe hanging space/drawer space was limited, if you’re only staying a few days it’s fine but a week would be a struggle. We paid £20 each for breakfast and it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had, delicious, fresh and plentiful buffet style in a stylish restaurant. Super sleek, super stylish, super stay thanks.

10/10!
The hotel was perfectly located. Super clean. Nice and quiet. Beds were so comfy. The staff were so helpful especially at the front desk. Helped with getting us taxis , food etc. They had great chat too and were so welcoming! Will definitely return.

A very comfortable stay
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Straford for one night while visiting our daughter in London. The hotel was right in the middle of Westfield Shopping Centre but despite that there was no noise in the room. The reception and concierge staff were really helpful and we were offered a complimentary breakfast which had good buffet options though there was a little queue for coffee. The 8th floor room was of good size, with a mini fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom was a good size, with excellent rainforest shower and good toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency and will happily come back to it again in the near future.

Overall an excellent hotel - staff training desired
I booked 5 rooms as we were coming to London for a long weekend as a group of friends primarily to see ABBA voyage . The hotel is in an excellent location for both the show and the underground. The rooms are extremely clean quiet and comfortable. Over the weekend we used the facilities of the bar and the staff both on reception and the bar were really friendly and helpful. I prebooked a table for us all in the restaurant for the Sunday evening and when we arrived we were told by the duty manager that no reservation had been made - and that we could not sit together! At the time this large restaurant had 4 occupied tables !!! When I explained and showed Maria the manager my confirmation of the booking I had NO apology, she resisted and blamed a colleague for the lack of a booking…. Only my insistence that I expected us all to sit together did she reluctantly agreed! The restaurant waitress was lovely but our evening was tainted by Maria and in turn my overall score for this hotel !

Great or conference/ course
I went to a course here. Accommodation and conference suite were great. Generally good food but slightly inefficient service. At lunch (lots of people). Useful gym on top floor with good views. Close to massive shopping entre. Easy to leave luggage
