We had a fantastic time at Hyatt Regency Stratford, London. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding — a special thank you to Geta, Egle, Sofia, and Ana, who were all incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality really stood out. My husband and I enjoyed cocktails at the bar and they were excellent, perfectly prepared. The bartender was very friendly and made the experience even better. The food was delicious and of great quality. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with great energy. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made it feel very homely and festive. We would absolutely return. It’s a wonderful place and highly recommended.

A safe haven
This hotel is a haven in the midst of one of London's busiest shopping centres. Genuinely friendly and welcoming personnel and very well managed in all departments. None of that patronising scripted patter, thank goodness! The breakfast is fabulous! The room was surprisingly spacious, really comfortable and most importantly, quiet. Everything you could need on your doorstep and only a skip and hop into the West End. We will be back, Thank you!

Great Stay

Outstanding
My mum and I have just returned from an outstanding stay at this hotel. I’m new to the Hyatt hotels but I would definitely stay with them again. From the moment we arrived to the moment we walked out of the main entrance, we were made to feel special. We had a really welcoming check in experience and we were lucky enough to be able to check in slightly early. I can’t remember the person’s name who checked us in but he was really lovely and upgraded us to have breakfast included. The hotel is immaculate and we were more than happy with our room. The beds were super comfy and we had all the amenities we needed (iron in the room gets a massive thumbs up from me!) We were staying here to see ABBA Voyage and it is really convenient to get to the arena (super easy by tube or taxi). We sampled the bar later on and it was a lovely atmosphere. I can imagine the terrace is beautiful in the summer. Breakfast the next day was good quality and plentiful. It is on the more expensive side but in my opinion it is worth it. We left our bags with some lovely gents called Hassan and Antonio and they gave us a lovely send off when we left. This stay was really special. It really did stand out as some of the best service we have ever had in London and I would probably say it is the nicest stay I’ve ever had in the city. If all Hyatt hotels are like this then I may be a regular guest! Thank you to all the staff who went out of the way to make me and my mum feel welcome.

Location, staff and attention to detail all on point.
This hotel exceeded my expectations having stayed at other competitor hotels in the area. The staff are well trained. Chaye at reception was exceptional, he was friendly, highly informative and professional. Check-in was painless and great first impression, the young lady was welcoming. My room was spcious and clean, the temperature, noise level and amenities including water and sleepers( not always included at hotels with the same rate) were all satisfactory. Breakfast was impressive, very helpful staff and a vast array of options. It was also well organised. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for the festive season. I normally choose this area for the location, so easy for train connections to St Pancras International as well as DLR and tube lines. It is also great for shopping.
