My wife and I loved the hotel; the location was perfect (in the centre of London), the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and it was one of the best check-ins and check-outs we ever had. We will definitely stay here again

Great location and Great Bar!
We spent a short weekend in London before heading back and decided to try The Churchill, part of the Hyatt group. This is an old hotel that has been modernized. Our room was spacious with all the amenities you would expect. The bar was a great place to have an interesting cocktail before heading out. We took breakfast each day which was very good and caters to multiple ethnic groups. If you want to walk you are close to Oxford St, several Tube stations and also Hyde and Regents park. the bus service is also good and if you prefer, taxis are also easy to get. Portman square itself is nice and was lit up for Christmas when we stayed.

Another fantastic Stay.
I had another excellent stay at your hotel for two nights in a club room with lounge access. The staff, the room, the food and the all round Christmas ambience was quite wonderful, and I will be returning for a 3 night stay, in the same standard room, on January 9th 2026. Stayed here in June with my wife and kids while visiting London from NYC. Service was excellent across the board — genuinely friendly, attentive, and very professional, which made traveling with kids much easier. The location is fantastic near Hyde Park and Oxford Street, and the hotel is calm and comfortable despite being very central. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast was solid with good options. That said, while everything worked perfectly, the hotel felt a bit more polished than personal — great service, but lacking a bit of local character or authenticity. Overall a very reliable choice and a great base for a family stay in London
