Dec 11, 2025A 2-3 star hotel struggling to perform
The room is acceptable, cleaned daily, reasonable. Night stand lights way too bright. No water in the room. The water is for status members only otherwise you are better off buying Fiji. Breakfast is crappy and ends at 9AM. Frontdesk is understaffed. Valet service is quick , probably because they don’t have many clients. I do not encourage business travellers.

The suite was big, the beds were comfy and, staff was amazing! We went for a party and turned it into a girls weekend. I wish we would have stayed our 2nd night at the Hyatt Galleria instead of going downtown to The Laura. There is a tons of night life around the hotel and we surely appreciated the late check out after going out all night. Would recommend 10/10.

Luxurious Stay, 1000 thread count
Great place to stay, but there is no microwave or continental breakfast, but otherwise awesome experience. The sheets feel like flannel.

Great stay and experience
Had a really great time staying at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. The hotel was clean and smelled really good at all times. Bathroom and rooms were clean. But what made it special were the people working there. Hind, at check-in, welcomed us and treated us in a special way. Right at the start we realized that we are going to love the hotel. Juliette, at the breakfast time in Urban Star, was amazing as well. She was very welcoming and our kids loved that she welcomed them and talked to them as well. The valet parking team was amazing too. They were quick with bringing the car out and taking care of anything we needed. Love our 2 night stay. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at the Hyatt. We were pleasantly surprised. Very good service and the food at the conference was excellent.
