    Take your vacation time elsewhere.

    Worst resort experience of my life. I don’t complain much, but this resort has nothing to offer. Restaurants on site are booked until 9 pm every day. Food is salty, tasted like frozen boxed crap. The drinks and pool food aren’t cheap, but they sure tasted like it, bland and watered down. Staff is terrible, slow on service but quick to ask for tips. Stayed 5 days and never got clean wash cloths, and dirty gloves were left at my bed side. They didn’t show me to my room so I had to figure out how to turn out tv back light and balcony light never turned off. Rides were promised but unavailable most of the time. Everything on this resort comes at a cost, nothing but a bed and noisy air conditioner is included.

    Carlos Snachez

    Carlos Sanchez was absolutely amazing. He took great care of my colleagues & I. He has a great personality, made us feel comfortable, gave great recommendations & makes delicious drinks. We hope to see Carlos again when we come back! Keep being great Carlos. Shout-Out to the best bartender at Hyatt.

    Best Resort Experience!

    Where do I start, this was the best resort experience ever! Carlos from the bar gave excellent service, he genuinely needs a raise that’s the best way you can put it. The beds were so comfortable & housekeeping and room service were also great! Thank you for hiring such a beautiful crew!!

    The bartender was amazing!

    Carlos at the bar was very helpful! He made sure we had what we wanted and even showed up new drinks to try! Also the rooms were clean and were on call whenever we needed something. The bathrooms were fresh, the beds were neatly made and organized.
