I just want to express my most sincere appreciation for how deeply invested, passionate, and professional was Javier with our table. This man was courteous, and a gem of a human being. PLEASE, take care of this asset, for he is one of a kind. Food was great, but Javier is the star of the show. Thank you thank you!

Dec 25, 2025Disappointing PR "luxury" stay
While the.propert is beautiful, overall experience is lacking anything special. Restaurants are overpriced and food is underwhelming. While websites will indicate no availability, as an example I had dinner at their upscale steak restaurant - I left after 8pm and there were 7 2-tops and 5 4-tops open... hmmmm. With respect to breakfast, I inquired at least 4 times if the holidays would disrupt service - all answers were "no" however the usual buffet venue (included in my package) was closed for special dining and the smaller venue to which it was moved had a 45 minute wait at 8:30! They accommodated me by letting me order from the bar and eating on a lounge chair :( Finally, if you get an ocean view room, be prepared to stand for the view - if u sit inside or on the patio all u will see is a wall.

Peaceful, calm and relaxing beach resort perfect for families and couples.
This is a stunning hotel set over a large area of beautiful gardens and beach. There’s golf buggies to drop off and pick up should you need a ride. The gardens are well tended and contain a lot of wildlife around the ponds and the beach area is beautiful and peaceful with loungers and umbrellas too. The pool area is large and has plenty of sun loungers and beach towels available. Plenty of bar staff to help with drinks and snacks. Our room was 0506 and was a garden room, this looked out onto the open space next to the hotel and was very peaceful, we could see and hear the surf along with views of El Younque. The room itself was very clean and large with a sofa bed and plenty of storage pace. Coffee machine was provided and milk could be purchased from the little shop. It had a great fridge and water was refreshed daily. Bathroom was large and clean. Staff were all very friendly. We ate at the 3 main restaurants on the site. They were all pretty good expensive however our least favourite was Nectar. The buffet breakfast we went to once it was extremely busy and noisy food was ok and varied. However for a quick, light breakfast we used the onsite shop for fruit and a pastry. We didn’t leave the resort on this occasion and wished we had a walk outside as it’s on a golf course with lovely views, but we were relaxing for 4 days before joining a cruise. Overall we loved the resort and would definitely recommend this for a quiet relaxing holiday and we’d love to go back some day too.

Beautiful property and excellent amenities. Very close to San Juan, Luquillo Beach, and Fajardo. Property is massive, so you never feel overcrowded. Food was okay, I would have like to see more Puerto Rican choices. The gym is relatively small for property so large.

Dinner at steakhouse!
Thais was FANTASTIC!!! She was so kind and made the experience. the food was lovely. Great dinner - lobster Mac and cheese was fantastic.
