We had an amazing experience thanks to Kevin, our pool attendant at the Hyatt. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure our day by the pool was perfect. He checked in often without ever being intrusive, made sure we had everything we needed, and brought such a positive, upbeat energy that it really elevated our whole experience. Kevin went above and beyond in every way—whether it was setting us up with towels, helping find the best spots, offering great recommendations, or just being so personable and kind. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it truly shows. If every hotel had a “Kevin,” vacations would be a whole lot better. He was awesome!

Great resort with exceptional service. Pool and beach are very nice. Food options are limited and not that great. Sand trap and Nori are the only restaurants worth trying.

Very good!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional — our waiter, Angelo, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He made us feel welcome and taken care of the entire evening. The food was simply outstanding. We ordered soups, main courses, and desserts, and every single dish was delicious. You could really feel the quality and passion in every bite. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food and top-level service. And a special thank you to Angelo for making our dinner unforgettable!

Beautiful Property with Excellent Staff and Beach Access
The hotel is in excellent condition. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Beach access is conveniently located, and the property offers multiple pools—some ideal for relaxation and others with a more festive atmosphere.

Kids loved the kids activities
We had a great family trip in November. Our daughters really enjoyed the Kids Club and had great fun doing activities with Nanette on several vacation days!
