Jan 11, 2026Nice hotel, was expecting a little more for a resort, but overall great
It was a great place to hold the conference I attended. The food was great, and the staff was friendly. The room wasn't ready on time, but they offered a guest lounge where you could take a shower and change clothes if desired. The room and view were excellent.

The was mold all over the bathroom. Dust in the ceiling by the air duct. Carpet was so dirty that after my kids walked for some time their feet were black. They charge fees and gratuity right away just from ordering room service. Spoke to a manager and they changed me to a bigger better room. However, the bathroom still had mold and carpet was still leaving your feet black. Terrible experience. I had sore throat every morning and my skin was itching. Everyday, as soon as we left the hotel, hour symptoms disappeared right away. Clearly a sign that every room needs deep disinfectant cleaning. Breakfast was good. I will never stay in a hyatt again. They messed up badly.

Not clean!
I found a dirty diaper in my room. I addressed this with the front desk the following morning and requested for a proper cleaning and replacement of sheets whenever they went to service the room. The sheets seemed to have been changed, but I think that was the only thing done because when I attempted to make myself coffee, I did not have any cups or product to make it. In addition I also found gummies (did not belong to me) and a dead insect on the floor. Even after addressing issue with front desk, the cups and coffee product never arrived and the room was not vacuumed or cleaned properly. After going to the front desk for a third time, I spoke to the manager to make him aware of what was going on and he assured me that he would contact housekeeping to address the situation. Shortly after, they came to service the room and the bathroom was clean in less than 5 seconds so I am not sure what kind of cleaning was done. I had to ask for extra cups and water as they were leaving otherwise I would not have gotten anything. They have to do better! There’s no reason why I have to find my room in other than perfect conditions when I didn’t even arrived early or at 4 when check in time is. There was plenty of time to make sure that the room was clean and to the standards it should be.

Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to be overcharged and pay luxury prices for what amounts to a basic hotel experience, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and stay far away. I booked through a third-party site, and there was absolutely no information provided about additional charges at the resort. (Resort fees were already paid through the booking, which is standard.) However, upon arrival, our reservation was not listed at the front gate at all. We were forced to wait roughly 20 minutes while the attendant searched multiple systems, only to eventually review our booking email and let us through. Check-in was another issue long lines, extremely slow service, and no bellhop available. We were also charged $45 per day to self-park, which required walking an excessive distance to our room. Ironically, valet parking is much closer than the self-park area, making the self-parking fee feel like a complete scam. When we asked about switching to valet, we were given the runaround and ultimately dropped the issue. Once we reached our room, it was NOTHING like what we booked. We specifically reserved a pool-view room and were placed on the third floor with no view whatsoever just walls. The room itself was dark, damp, and clammy, not even close to what you’d expect from a “4-star resort.” I sent my husband to request a new room. Management offered to waive the resort fee for the inconvenience and move us. When discussing alternatives, we were told there were no pool-view rooms left. I stated that I simply didn’t want to face a wall or the parking lot. Unfortunately, the new room literally overlooked the driveway/entrance and parking lot. At that point, I was exhausted and unwilling to move again especially with no bellhop in sight, so I let it go. Cleanliness was also questionable: soup splattered on the wall unit, dust-covered baseboards, and the room felt hot and humid the entire stay. Fast forward two months later, and I am STILL being double billed for parking. I called once shortly after the stay and was told the second charge would fall off, even though it didn’t appear on my statement. The second and third calls resulted in promises of callbacks that never happened. Since then, I’ve called NINE times. Each time I’m transferred to billing, the phone rings, someone answers, and immediately hangs up. I have accepted that I just won't get my money back but let this be your warning.

Nice hotel but things could be improved
Great check in experience with outstanding customer service. Rooms are nice but I would have enjoyed being able to log into Netflix, HBO max and my other streaming services rather than being stuck with local tv channels. Elevators are a little slow.
