Great family vacation spot
My favorite place to stay in Orlando. Terrific value. The service is outstanding, the people are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed. The restaurant has outstanding cuisine, reasonably priced. It is located close to the parks. My favorite part is the quality and abundance of amenities, all included in the reasonable resort fee. The pools and water slide are great and well-staffed. The lake is large and beautiful, with complimentary paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, etc., well-staffed with a friendly team. Rock wall, putt putt golf, and bicycles, all included. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Amazing Resort in All of Orlando
This resort is my absolute favorites to stay at. You will not be bored here. But I do suggest that they add vegan options to their menus as it was hard for me to eat at most places at the hotel. Other than that, perfect and I will come back again.
Great hotel questionable management
Great hotel with awesome amenities however, they need to coach their management not all but their are some sour apples that will cause some customers to not return. Overall besides that the hotel is great for families and so many things do to together. I’d recommend.
Will never go back
Food was awful and expensive. Breakfast buffet was worse than a holiday in and it was $30. Pools were just cold like an iceberg. The service staff around the pool was horrible. The bartenders were really good. Just the servers. I will never stay here again
Okay experience, but didn't live up to the price/reputation of Hyatt
The hotel itself is nice, although the room we stayed in (on the 3rd floor) was in need of some refreshing (carpet looked sad, bathroom had a loose mirror, everything looking a little old fashioned). Our room got a lot of noise from the hallway as well as echoes/noise from the atrium. The Keurig-style coffee machine in the room resulted in a cup full of coffee grains. The service at the hotel was also underwhelming. I was in need of hotel information and called the hotel via concierge and they didn't pick up a single time. And there's no option to call up to the front desk, which was a very frustrating experience. The shuttle to/from the Disney Parks were okay - they're free but take a while (30-40 min). The staff also need some training in terms of hotel amenities - the front desk didn't know the difference between the full course and the 9 hole pitch/putt and so we got faulty information which resulted in us missing out on some amenities. To be honest, I expected better from a hotel of this caliber and will be staying at a different resort next time.
