This was our third visit to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. I visited with my two daughters during spring break. The hotel was busy and quite full but we still had a great time. Our room had a great view of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT which we really enjoyed. Breakfast at Lakehouse and Dinner from the Lobby Bar was tasty and satisfying. The whipped brie was really yummy! The pool was a bit too cold for me, but it definitely didn't stop my kids from enjoying it!

A beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff - very professional and extremely accommodating - even when I arrived at 1:00 in the morning! The room was clean and the bed / pillows were comfortable - very important for someone like me with low-back / neck / hip problems. The fitness center was very well stocked with plenty of equipment from which to choose. The dining choices were excellent and the wait staff very attentive. Even though I was attending a conference at the hotel (very busy and often intense), the staff and facilities allowed for relaxation outside of work hours. Our event concluded with a "Margarita-ville" theme outside. Again, the food, staff and event space were fantastic. The hotel is very close to Disney (can see it from most of the hotel windows!) and a 20-minute ride from the airport. The hotel is a bit pricey - it was more affordable for me due to the Conference Group Rate - but again, you get what you pay for - high quality

My flight was delayed due to weather during my travel to the resort. I phoned the hotel front desk as soon as the flight delay was announced. Not only did the customer service representative not actually log a note in the system, but I was still charged a no-show fee for a room night that I did not occupy the room.

amazing Disney vacation hotel outside the bubble
absolutely stunning hotel and grounds! the pool and fitness center were top notch and staff so very friendly and helpful!
