Dec 25, 2025Great Outdoors, Misses in the Room
The property by itself is impressive - the pool area is big and inviting. The hotel lobby is impressive, and is located on a large area. The Restaurant is good and has great views. However the rooms are a bit small for this kind of property. The bathroom room sliding door slides open into the closet 🤷, disturbing someone using the Closet. While furnishings are pretty good, major fail is the Coffee maker. It's an appliance more commonly found in 2 star joints, and should not be in a Hyatt. and especially not in a Grand Hyatt. The management needs to update and upgrade the Coffee makers to more modern ones and provide better quality Coffee. Parking is $40/- a day.

Had a great time at the Cypress Resort. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was great as well. We would defiantly stay there again next trip to Disney.

We traveled with our 7mo old and had a great time! Property was great, hotel staff was great, food options were great ~ and all close to various activities!

Not the best for theme parks
The hotel is nice and the employees are very friendly. The reason I gave this hotel 4 stars and not 5 is that the shuttle schedule to the theme parks is VERY limited so we had to take an uber. This was surprising since it’s on the Magic Kingdom Resort property. The restaurants on site are great but the room service menu is very limited (burgers and pizza). The room was clean.

Best value for your money
Amazing hotel, one of the best pools ever you have everything you need. It’s just a beautiful resort. The rates are fair. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. Highly recommended
