A great location with good amenities and friendly, competent service. The hotel is very clean. The shuttle to Disney Springs does not run often, but it worked for us. Pricing was good for the value offered.

Excellent for business travel and meetings/functions.
Hyatt Grand Cypress is an excellent location for business or vacation. Their food surpasses any other local hotel in the Orlando area for business functions, and I have been to numerous places. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, well run, with a touch of class
Our stay was lovely and staff is top notch. Especially at breakfast at Lakeside restaurant. Every worker we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. Shout outs to Quinny who made our eggs with a smile and whom we absolutely loved seeing every morning and Youssef, our repeated waiter who was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond every day to make sure we always had whatever we needed and beyond. The grounds are pristine and beautiful. The elevators are fast and efficient. The fitness center is well appointed and had everything we needed to stay healthy on this vacation. Some things that could be improved, but discussed at checkout and was told they’re always looking for improvement, were the far distance from the self parking lot and the lack of bathroom amenities. This hotel really values your feedback and I was contacted throughout the stay to make sure everything was satisfactory, which is, in my opinion, above and beyond in terms of customer service, and an expeditious response was always received. This hotel is flooded with amenities. Pools were lovely. We especially loved the heated pool and the man made beach was a cute touch. They also have an arcade, bicycles, golf, a rock climbing wall, ping pong, evening dive in movies by the heated pool and more. Very impressive hotel and I look forward to a return visit in the future.

Blood / bodily fluid on pillow first night, request room change, was promised old room would not be touched. Housing went in anyways and cleaned out room. Lost some small thing, but big violation of trust -> Room was switched without clear communication of protocols and consent. Final bill still had parking, which was a small token gesture, and overall just felt lack of empathy, which is critical. Just want to be heard and acknowlwedged.
