Dec 02, 2025Great location, variety of activities and amazing pool.
Good resort stay with various activities and pool. Walkable to many restaurants and free shuttle to theme parks. There are couple of in-house restaurants and bars as well.

We have been guests of Grand Cypress Hyatt Regency for 22 years. It is always a pleasure to see familiar faces that welcome us every time. Shout out to Concierge - Tim, Robert and Steve and Breakfast - PJ and Isabell. They are all super-superb! We appreciated that our Globalist status was honored- finally able to apply our suite upgrade after three years of trying. Thank you to Hyatt GC Management and Rebecca our exceptional Hyatt Globalist concierge, for the welcome treats in our room. It was a pleasant surprise. We noticed a few upgrades and additions to the activities area since the last time we were there in Februrary and were able to swim (in November) in the heated pool. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent resort in prime location
Continues to be my favorite property in the Orlando area. Beautiful hotel, wonderful pool and grounds, excellent staff and service. I keep coming back to this as my family loves the overall experience

Amazing Vacation
Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The property is stunning with a beautiful pool, lush grounds, and so many activities for all ages. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a great view of the lake. The resort offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun getaway, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend staying here!

Another great stay at the Grand Cypress, Pools are heated properly, Lakeside Restaurant & staff is exceptional, Great front desk staff overall a well managed property. I will easily return next year
