    Lovely stay

    Top class food at the Conference staff were exceptional and the room was comfy with a great view Throughout the event the staff were attentive and extremely professional The bar and breakfast team were particularly outstanding Look forward to returning again

    Outstanding hotel in the centre of Birmingham

    Very very good hotel, excellent service worthy of any 5 star hotel and above. The spa is excellent and the hotel lobby with its pub and lounge areas and separate cocktail bar means you can spend evenings there and invite friends and family in, rather than having to go out on to the streets. Excellent central location. Plenty of temporary and drop off parking. Secure parking nearby in multi storey

    The best in Birmingham

    Excellent, comfortable with great service and friendly staff. The hotel has great views over Birmingham. The breakfast could not have been better. It was in an attractive area with excellent quality food and attentive staff. Lovely ginger smoothie. Good leisure area with very good pool and sauna and jacuzzi and all spotlessly clean

    Exploring Birmingham

    Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and the location of the hotel is brilliant for exploring Birmingham. Dining area is very pleasant and the food choice is excellent. Staff in the restaurant very friendly and courteous. Will definitely visit the hotel in the future.

    Great stay at the Hyatt Birmingham

    This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to all Birmingham attractions. The hotel is clean, room was modern, great views of the canal or city and all staff were very welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Gaby at reception, she really made our stay extra special and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service skills. Hyatt is quickly becoming my new favourite hotel chain.
