Feb 28, 2026My Hyatt Barcelona Birthday
I have enjoyed my stay in Barcelona at the Hyatt Regency. I was given an introduction to the hotel by Alex, who took my luggage up and explained all the details of my room. The shower was awesome with jets of delightful warm water after a thirteen hour trip. My breakfast was a welcome experience with Lucia, Juueta, Ainara and my birthday celebration was led by Yankarlos. The experience was amazing and surreal; I will visit again.

AMAZING, MUST EAT
The atmosphere, staff and food was amazing. My husband and I are vegan and they made us two vegan burgers that were absolutely astounding. Will come here again! Great service!

Feb 23, 2026Good Hotel with Weird Electrical Plug Connections + Popular for Rowdy Parties?
I mean… it’s a great hotel, but the location is rather weird: far from everything else. The room is also weird as each light button is also connected to the electrical plug, so you might unknowingly turn off plugs when you want to turn off just the lights. But the weirdest experience seems to be… that this hotel is apparently quite popular for rowdy parties? I stayed here for a night only to be waken up by blaring blue lights and screams of guests downstairs outdoor, minding you that I was on the 18th floor. When I checked out, I saw so many people crying. Police were blocking all entrance / exit points to the hotel, and there were ambulances everywhere. I was wondering what happened, but the police escorted me out of the hotel as soon as I checked out. Good if you’re transiting overnight for an early flight the next day, but might want to call in the hotel first to see if there’s any rowdy event going on.

Great service and spectacular location
Great service from beginning to end. The location ideal to walk around without having to take transportation. Nice view from the rooftop, shops and restaurants walking distance.

a great experience
We celebrated a birthday at this amazing hotel, and it was truly unforgettable. Our duplex room on the 25th floor had a magnificent view waking up to that skyline was incredibly special. The restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere for the celebration. They surprised us with a lovely birthday dessert, and having cava at breakfast the next morning made it even more festive. Everything felt elegant, warm, and perfectly thought out. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate and would happily return. 🥂✨ I would like to thank Mateo, Lucia , Alex , Leire and Anna for the special welcome, Ali and his staff for turning our dinner into something truly special and Nuria Begoña Julieta Eusebi and Maracia for the excellent breakfast service.
