Our experience was wonderful. Our needs were anticipated and just about whatever we might want was available. Big positive: taxi service was amazing; we didn't have any trouble getting around the island. Negative: be careful about room charges. We have stayed at other Caribbean resorts but have never encountered the gratuity charges we saw at Hyatt Aruba. You should know that there is a daily housekeeping gratuity that will show at end of stay and if you use any chair service or charge any food to your room, it incurs an auto gratuity percentage. We did not know this so we were tipping as if this was our sole means of appreciation, resulting in over $100 worth of extra gratuity at the end of our stay. All said - the service was absolutely wonderful so I chalked this up to us just boosting the local economy lol.

Premium name with poor service. Small and very crowded beach. Premium prices in $1100 range for smaller partial ocean view room is insane. Too busy for our taste!

Great stay
The service was great, room was clean and up to date. Pools and the beach are clean and well taken care of. It was just a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Can’t wait to be back.

First time in Aruba and we'll definitely be back!
Exceptional grounds/Pool area. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the Hyatt!

No comfort at the beach.
No comfort at the beach. Ridiculous rules for getting umbrella. You make a reservation, but if you are not sitting under your umbrella for more than 1 hour, they give it to someone else to make you pay 80$ a day. Water is muddy. Super crowded.
