Nice location very well kept grounds. Restaraunts on premises are really good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff at breakfast ate all very nice. The guys on the beach were excellent setting up chairs and towels

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool(s) and access to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and stores in both directions. Pricey but I see why once I experienced it.

Always a great stay at this Hyatt
This was our 5th stay at this resort and it seems like it gets better each time. The thing that stands out is that the entire resort seems to be very well run. Every department is friendly and helpful whether it be at check in, housekeeping, beach/pool, concierge, or at the restaurants. We really like that they keep control of the umbrella and chairs at both the beach and the pools. You can reserve specific locations and not have to fight for chairs. We have been to other resorts where guests run down and put there belonging on chairs to "save them" early in the morning each day. What a relief not to have to do that here! We had a great dinner at the Ruinas del Mar restaurant. Abilene was a fantastic and attentive server. The management staff was incredible in helping me make this another special stay. My wife has stage 4 cancer and has some limitations. We shared this with the staff when making our original reservation and they were very attentive to her needs. The result was a perfect vacation. We really felt like we were special the entire trip. We totally recommend this resort for anyone considering going to Aruba.

Always the best!
We continue to return to the Hyatt year after year- it’s got the best location- best beach set up- no stress for those just looking for beach chairs without a palapa-definitely feels a step above the surrounding hotels!

A Royal Welcome for Distinguished International Guests
We came from the Kingdom of Morocco, alongside Italian guests, at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa & Casino, and the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment of arrival, the welcome was warm, elegant, and perfectly aligned with the standards of international hospitality. The setting is magnificent, with lush tropical surroundings, a stunning beachfront on Palm Beach, and an atmosphere that combines Caribbean charm with refined luxury. Our guests were highly impressed by the quality of service, the comfort of the rooms, and the attention to detail throughout the resort. The dining options were diverse and excellent, offering something for every taste, while maintaining a high standard appreciated by our international guests. The pool areas, beach service, spa, and casino added to an experience that felt both relaxing and vibrant. Most importantly, the staff demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and genuine kindness—qualities essential when welcoming guests with diplomatic and cultural expectations. The management and team are clearly dedicated, hardworking, and committed to excellence. This resort meets the standards required for hosting distinguished international guests.
