Great resort for a young family with kids. Located in the center of Palm Beach area made it easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. The resort grounds were beautiful and well-kept, the pool and beach areas were clean and organized, and the kids absolutely loved the water slide. The resort grounds, pool areas, and staff were all excellent. Rooms were good but not spectacular.

The location, atmosphere, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, pool and beach ares, plus dining options make this exquisite hotel a great stay! A+++

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, which we really appreciated. The breakfasts were good with a nice selection of options, and the pool area was clean and enjoyable. The only downside for us was the food served near the pool, which could definitely be improved. It would also be more convenient if reserving umbrellas were a bit easier, as they need to be booked in advance and availability of the best spots is not always guaranteed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and see a lot of positives, with just a few areas that could be enhanced.

Not what it used to be and unlikely to stay at this property in the future. Prior two stays were better experiences. Too many ways to ping you for additional money during your stay. Management isn’t receptive to finding ways to benefit repeat guests.

Beautiful location, great service! Hotel needs a bit updating
Location in heart of the Palm Beach strip is the best! So many options for entertainment, dining and shopping both outside the front of the resort as well as along the beach boardwalk. Hotel grounds beautifully appointed with the tropical island vibe throughout. I was a bit disappointed in the maintenance of furniture in the lobby and some of the public areas. Couches and chairs were very visibly stained and felt a bit uninviting. Rooms and hallways were clean but stained carpets throughout left the look of some pretty hard use over time. I think a refresh is definitely in order! Service was exceptional! Special shout out to our Queen (server) at the family pool, Valreta! This lovely lady greeted us daily with a hug and a big smile! Queen went over and above to provide exceptional service to our large group. Valreta definitely exudes the One Happy Island motto and is a great asset to the Hyatt brand! Restaurant and bar service was also very good. Love the security team that is very visible throughout the resort…they have a difficult job trying to keep out the non paying guests ( there were a lot during our stay) from sneaking in. Shout out to my girl Rosemary and the very kind gentleman with the beautiful smile! Had fun joking with them about getting a radio and helping them out…he knows who he is🤣. Housekeeping was hit and miss on timing. It was difficult to prepare for evening events and dinner with housekeeping sometimes still cleaning your room at 6pm. They were very accommodating when speaking to them regarding this. Rooms were clean with the stained carpet my only complaint. Bath sheets are a huge plus, loved them. If you are a balcony person like I am you will be disappointed that most rooms only have a small standing French balcony. Overall a great stay
