Hyatt Regency Aruba
The hotel itself was nice and clean, but unfortunately, the views from the lobby—where I had hoped to relax on the couches with my morning coffee—were blocked by the roof of the restaurant below. The hotel was nice but I wouldn't go back. I was a little disappointed.

Beautiful Place on the Beach
Beautiful place on the the beach! We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort. The resort was overcrowded for our taste and the rooms need a remodel, but where the overcrowding and hotel rooms lack, the staff more than makes up for it. The whole resort is full of friendly staff. From housekeeping to the restaurants to the pool and beach area, the staff is phenomenal. We would almost return to Aruba just to see Marline at the adult pool! The service was amazing and the food was also very good. It was a beautiful hotel, not too spread out. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful resort!
Staff at this hotel were excellent. The check-in process was very easy which was Unlike stays that we have had there in the past. The beds were very comfortable and you couldn’t beat the view of the beautiful ocean ands the sunsets in the evening.

Reformed Ritz guests - now Hyatt converts
In years past we have stayed at the Ritz Aruba (Marriott points) but friends suggested we try the Hyatt Palm Beach and we're so glad we did! The staff is wonderful, the beach pristine and we absolutely love the "adult pool". We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, would take just a bit more to make it a 10
Great property, nice rooms, nice staff. Food is good not great, and beach bar is very understaffed. The late night upstairs bar is excellent. I wish they had more of a US beer variety - was left with Miller light at beach bar which I hate. Overall a decent value, but could be so much better with a few minor changes.
