The most beautiful hotel on Palm Beach Aruba
Over 30 years ago we were leaving for a cruise out of Aruba and stayed at an inexpensive hotel the day before. We wandered down the beach to this beautiful resort and went under the ropes to only be kindly asked to go. We vowed someday we will come back and stay at that beautiful resort. Well....someday came. Let me tell you the Hyatt did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful. We walked up and down the beach every day and the Hyatt had by far the most well maintained and stunning grounds. We went to the beach every day and had no problem getting chairs with an umbrella. We had the breakfast every day and it was fresh and well stocked with a lot of choices. The omelet and waffle station was great. Best omelets I've had in a long time. Everyone there was very friendly. I will not wait 30 years to go back. I'm already planning to go back next year.

Amazing but beware
9th stay at this hotel in 5 years. Has been our most “happy place”. Until this visit. Staff, hotel and grounds are top notch. (Find Elvis the bartender and ask him to sing you his song!, seek out Marline at the TRANKILO pool she’s the best!!) Beautifully maintained and the staff is always kind and courteous…. The issue… beware saying your room number and name out loud or leaving a check on a bar or table. We encountered “grifters” that would steal that information and use it to charge to your account. When I approached security about it I was met with hostility even though I had a very congenial relationship with the him. He stated they were staying at the hotel but I was harassed and accosted by the individual saying lewd and offensive things to me to “mind my business”. They continued to stalk me through out my stay and given my room proximity I could see that as soon as I left they would approach staff and try to order items. Regardless of if they were paying guests or not. I was attacked and treated like a “Karen”. So bottom line.. wonderful resort but mind your checks and protect your room number and last name. For the cost to enjoy this wonderful resort it’s sad to watch people basically get the same for free. And to be criticized for pointing it out.(side note.. these grifters sat in a cabana next to us for two hours… a cabana at the TRANKILO pool side cost from$450- $800 a day.. They were there for 2 hours…. In five days they hadn’t showered or changed their clothes… who spends that for 2 hours…

Honeymoon at a fabulous Hyatt in Aruba
Great hotel for our honey moon. Close proximity to the bars and its right on the strip. The hotel had two great pools 1 for families and 1 for adults only where you can relax. Cool little animals to see and walk right onto the beach if you want. So many things around the hotel to do and the casino in the hotel was so much fun. The customer service and workers throughout the hotel were great help and the room was very nice with a great view and comfortable amenities. I'd highly recommend this place and will be going back in the future and likely to the Hyatt again. Unfortunately we couldn't use our points for the hotel during the time we went but it was comfortable nonetheless for what we paid.

Better than expected!
Excellent Hotel and Accommodations! The staff were wonderful. The drinks were on point and the bed was comfortable! All of this made for a wonderful stay! Not only was the stay great but we had an unexpected personal emergency, when the staff found out they kicked it into high gear and fully accommodated our needs!

Clean hotel but not kid friendly.
Hotel is really clean. We had some problems with other guests smoked marijuana in their rooms and the smells were coming through the window and door, but the hotel didn’t do much about it so I have to go down to lobby and asked to switched to different room. Also, it seems okay for people to smokes cigarettes in the lobby as I encounter it on multiple occasions and staffs didn't do anything about it either.
