    Clean, professional, very friendly staff

    Hotel was very clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach with store's as well as restaurants even a zoo being really close. The hotel staff was completely amazing! I really have to applaud the staff and really appreciate all of them on how they were all very welcoming, sweet, friendly, accommodating, professional, and helpful! I would definitely recommend this particular Hyatt.

    Overwhelmed, sleep quality

    Subject: Disappointing Experience – Overcapacity and Poor Maintenance I am writing to share my review of the Waikiki Hotel. To put it simply, the hotel is completely overwhelmed. • Capacity Issues: The infrastructure cannot handle the number of guests. The wait times for the elevators are enormous, and the breakfast areas are totally insufficient. To make matters worse, most of the seating is outdoors, making it impossible to have breakfast on rainy days. • Logistical Chaos: There is no dedicated entrance for staff or deliveries, which creates massive delays. Whether you are trying to drop off your car or requesting it from the valet, you are constantly blocked by delivery vehicles or shuttles loading and unloading luggage in the same cramped space. • Poor Soundproofing: The rooms are badly insulated. I could hear everything from inside the hotel—especially doors slamming in neighboring rooms—as well as constant noise from the street. • Maintenance & Sleep Quality: Every morning at 7:00 AM, I was woken up by the garbage truck because the windows do not close properly. The windows are clearly poorly maintained; one even had a "strange hook" attached to it, an obvious and makeshift repair for a previous break.

    It's resort but motel 6 have better pool and better breakfasts Charged $100 per day for fees and parking, elevators wait time atleast 15 min every time doesn't matter it's 12 pm and nothing like resort it's a basic motel feeling

    Room was a 5/10, bathroom 3/10 with the shower being extremely small. Breakfast was great and for the price point the overall experience was 6.5/10 Just a short walk to the beach and main strip.

    Breakfast was hot but no variety. Same pineapple and eggs everyday. No potatoes. Parking is $60 and only valet. Not always open. Horrible parking and very expensive but good location near beach. Staff was pleasant and place was pretty clean but dated.
