    Not very clean. Kind of disappointed.

    I wanted to love this hotel, but we didn't have the best experience. The beds weren't very clean (hair and a dead bug) in one room and. a mystery red stain on the carpet of the other. I probably wouldn't pick this hotel again. I thought the breakfast options were good though.

    Happy to be in Hawaii

    Room was large and beds were comfortable. The elevators were VERY slow Staff were incredibly kind! The “beach chairs” they offer the guests were actually camping chairs and definitely NOT great for sunning on the beaches and the beach towels they offer are very thin and small NOT actually beach towels as advertised

    Honeymoon at Hyatt Place

    Our check-in experience was not great as we arrived late in the evening and had a mishap with our room. The next morning the issue was quickly resolved and from there we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was great, a bit windy some days but you're in Hawaii! Book a room with a mountain or ocean view it's worth it! The location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and trolly stops. The pool was very small and we never used it but we did use the free beach towels and chairs. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Hyatt Place for our honeymoon!

    a pretty place to stay

    a pretty place to stay, friendly staff and convenient location. All as expected but this time we didn't wait for ocean view room at check-in, and realized that room, especially bathroom is getting "old" but still well maintained and clean.

    will return!!

    Wonderful location! Very close to the beach and a hop, skip and jump away from the mall. There is no need for an uber or car rental if you plan on staying in the area, the hotel staff can help arrange a ride to and from the airport with a service cheaper than Uber/Lyft. Genuinely recommend if traveling with family/little ones!
