This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and while it may not be fully up-to-date yet, the outstanding staff and warm, family-like atmosphere more than made up for it. From the moment we walked in, Kyle was incredibly helpful—he checked us in, clearly explained everything from food options to parking, room details, and the hotel’s amenities. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of meeting Keith. He was just as wonderful, offering great recommendations for nearby places to eat and helpful tips for getting to and from State Farm Stadium without any issues. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re in town for a football game.

Rooms are outdated, pool is not heated, several issues with our room: sink didn't drain, door didn't lock, breakfast wasn't ready on time.

They are going to renovation so expect some things not to be perfect. Pool was closed. Toilet's did not flush well, coffee machine was broken. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was clean. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was good. The traffic noise from I-17 is horrendous. I got 3 hours of sleep.

Avoid this filthy, cockroach infested location!!
Entire hotel and room was filthy! Cockroach in room and managment indicated this is “expected” due to current rainfall… only offered Hyatt points. Checked out immediately and moved to downtown Phoenix location which was perfect, professional and clean (what we all expect from the Hyatt brand)
