Impeccable Customer Service at Manati
My son and I checked in on 1/22/2023. The check-in was quick and pleasant.. The room was clean and neat. We did have some noisy neighbors and could hear their doors close causing the walls to vibrate. The breakfast was unfortunately basic and average in regard to quality. The WIFI was also not working while we were there. I still rate our stay a 4 out of 5. The customer service was excellent.

Birthday Vacation
Hyatt place Manati for me is home, I’ve stayed there a lot of times throughout the years and the service is always the same Excellent! The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable. The hotel is kept very clean and the location is perfect easy access to all the main roads and very close to at least 5 beaches. It’s my home away from home

Fix the wifi and it’s golden
Excellent room and property except the wifi didn’t work on any of our Apple devices which was very frustrating. Front desk said they knew there was a problem. Interestingly, we had the same problem at the Hyatt Place in San Juan and front desk gave us the same answer. Lots of room to spread out, lighting was good, bathroom amenities are good. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit. I was disappointed there wasn’t any Puerto Rican breakfast items, at least none I recognized as such.

Let’s hope they never have a fire
I use stairs whenever possible and found it impossible to do this at the Hyatt House Maniti. This is not just an inconvenience but is a serious safety hazard. We were unable to open the door to go downstairs from the third floor. This was reported to the front desk several times over two days. Maintenance had a look at it and said one just has to push harder. My husband who does all our “bubba brute force jobs” could not open the door. Picture yourself crawling down a smoke filled hallway coughing and hacking and needing to “just push harder”. Ground level access to the stairwell that fire rescue would use was locked with a key they kept at the front desk. Let’s hope desk staff remember to open that door as they flee a smoke filled lobby. There was no hard sanitizer at either end of the buffet. Have you ever seen someone leave the public bathroom without washing?

Hyatt Place Manati, PR
This is our second time staying at the Hyatt Place in Manati, PR and we have enjoyed our visit at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maids made the bed and cleaned the room everyday, and gave us fresh towers as needed. They have a very good breakfast buffet with a variety of selections from scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, etc., different juices to fresh fruits.
