My boyfriend and I stayed overnight at Hyatt Place Heathrow London during a layover before our flight home the next morning, and overall we had a really good experience. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and perfect for a short stay near the airport. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful — they went out of their way to assist us, including helping us purchase a UK adapter so we could charge our phones, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. That kind of kindness and customer service made a big difference. For future reference, one suggestion I’d make would be to consider adding mini kitchenettes with microwaves or small stoves (with safety features installed) in the rooms. It would make layover stays even more convenient, especially for travelers who may want to warm up food or have a little more flexibility during a short overnight stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and we’d definitely recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable airport hotel for a layover.

Apr 04, 2026Quiet, Clean, Great Food – Don’t Skip This Hyatt
Stayed at the Hyatt Heathrow and honestly, don’t count this hotel out just because it’s near the airport and not in central London. It was actually really easy to get to and from the city using public transport, and after a long day, coming back to a quiet hotel was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and peaceful — which is exactly what you want after traveling. But the real highlight was the restaurant. Loyd was incredibly friendly and helpful, and honestly the reason we ended up coming back for dinner every night. Great service makes such a difference, and he made us feel really welcome. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, quiet, close to transport, and with great service, this is a really solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was a gross and dirty hotel. We wanted to like is as we have family nearby and hoped we could stay again, but no. The beds were terrible. They were soggy and mushy. The sheets were worn and pilly. We could not wait for the night to be over and the leave the hotel. The shuttle service was not reaiable and we had to resort to using and Uber.

Amazing Stay
We had such an amazing stay at the Hyatt! Service was top notch and all staff we ran into so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Elisa and Ruben who always stopped by and asked how we were doing and by name - very impressive. Ricardo kept us laughing at the Bar and surprisingly the food at Gallery was surprisingly delicious for a hotel restaurant….everything we tried was delicious! Freddy and Pooja at the restaurant were very kind and gave us great service. All in all an amazing stay!

Wonderful stay near LHR
Fantastic experience with incredibly helpful staff near LHR. Room was excellent. Easily walkable from airport bus stop, but not walkable to the airport from the hotel.
