Dec 14, 2025Disappointing Experience
I have stayed at countless Hyatt hotels and many airport hotels. This was very disappointing. The front desk staff seemed to have an attitude, the room wasn't particularly inviting- even though I booked the most expensive room available. The lighting was very dim and the heater was awful. It went from too cold to too hot, then back to way too cold. Bed was lumpy and thus I was awake until 2:30 am on a night I needed to get up early for the airport. It was convenient to the airport and we were able to take the U3 bus to the airport which took about 12 minutes and saved a lot of money. I would not stay here again. Instead I would check out some of the other airport options.

THis hotel is pretty standard for an airport hotel, clean and tidy, helpful staff. Not too much more to say really. The guy who checked me in advised against getting the hopper bus to T5 bus gave me info for the local bus over the road, it took 10 mins and cost me £1.75 so that was definitely worth while.

The room was very comfortable and proximity to Heathrow was perfect. The bath products in the room were Appelle brand. Absolutely lovely fragrances! I recently suffered an injury and had mobility issues, and although they do not provide concierge services or porters, the check in staff was happy to take my bags up when I checked in and retrieve them from my room when I checked out. They went above and beyond.

Good choice
Check-in was a bit cumbersome, but the staff were excellent! The hotel has three swift lifts. Our room was compact yet roomy enough. The bed was comfortable and there were nightstands on both sides with power outlets on each--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside! There was a mini fridge, coffee/tea kettle, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo with an anti-skid mat (thank you!). The shower water pressure was decent. The towels were nice, and the washcloths were a great addition. Unfortunately, there was nothing at the sink to hold the hand towel. The WiFi was strong but not password protected (boo!). The hotel has underground parking for a charge. I would happily stay here again.

Good hotel but Information needs updating
I chose this hotel as located close to Heathrow overall Hotel was very good however some of the photos on the Hotel website are out of date and the airport view I requested was obstructed by a Tree which I take had increased in size sine the pictures were taken
