Great value and location, with very clean and quiet rooms. Comfy bed and very nice and attentive staff. I’ve stayed here about 4 times and it’s been consistently my go to overnight layover hotel at Heathrow.

Clean and comfortable hotel
I joined the Hyatt rewards scheme a while ago but hardly use it. However I checked the Hyatt App as I needed somewhere to stay at Heathrow as I was flying out the following morning. Being a Hyatt Rewards member has its perks even if you don’t stay that often - the one-night rate I had of £80.56 included breakfast only because I was a member! I had booked on airport parking for the following day but needed to leave my car in the hotel car park for this one night. This costs £17 for the night, no reduction for Hyatt rewards members sadly. The car park is in the basement and has 72 spaces but there were plenty of empty spaces when I visited and I parked quite easily. But a room, parking, and breakfast at Heathrow airport in a decent hotel and still having change from £100 is a good deal in my view. Check in was quick as there were two people on the front desk and no one else waiting, I arrived just after 3pm. The hotel lobby and lifts all appear to be clean and in good condition. There were quite a few people at the bar adjacent to the lobby and the all-day bar menu and the more formal gallery restaurant menus both looked good, however I didn’t try them that night as I had picked up a salad on my journey. Breakfast was included and although I only had fresh fruit and sour dough toast, the rest of the buffet looked very good - hot breakfast including eggs, bacon, beans etc. And salad, cheese and cold meats. Luckily my room had a small fridge to store my dinner and drink. It also had a safe, iron, kettle and hairdryer. The room was nicely laid out and despite being near quite a busy road and overlooking the Heathrow police compound, it was quiet. There was a decent size desk to work out, but it didn’t really double as a dressing table as there was no mirror over it. There was a large wall mirror near the fridge and also in the bathroom - the bathroom had a shower over the bath and a large sink unit. The water pressure in the shower was fine, although I do prefer to step straight into a shower and not have a shower over the bath. The towels were large and appeared quite new, which I like. All in all if the price is right, I would stay here again if I needed a room near the airport.

I have stayed at countless Hyatt hotels and many airport hotels. This was very disappointing. The front desk staff seemed to have an attitude, the room wasn't particularly inviting- even though I booked the most expensive room available. The lighting was very dim and the heater was awful. It went from too cold to too hot, then back to way too cold. Bed was lumpy and thus I was awake until 2:30 am on a night I needed to get up early for the airport. It was convenient to the airport and we were able to take the U3 bus to the airport which took about 12 minutes and saved a lot of money. I would not stay here again. Instead I would check out some of the other airport options.
