Nov 29, 2025Staff makes all the difference!
I unexpectedly landed at the Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport when my flight was cancelled very late in the evening. I called for the shuttle and received clear directions on where to pick it up and what the van looked like. Miqui was super sweet at check-in. Fran at the front desk was so kind, and Stephanie was the best company on my shuttle trips. Staff here made what could have been a terrible time really great. The rooms were clean, and I slept great.

Horrible filthy room, stained wet smelly carpets, stained couch, bathroom or room not disinfected, employees are not trained, shuttle has no routine they did not pick me up from airport after 5 calls. Manager Fernando is completely uncaring and has no business being in hospitality. They refused to reimburse me the $25 I had to pay taxi to drive 4 miles, not including the prepaid $258 for one night 12 hours in filthy room!

Highly recommend this place, they make you feel like family
Such amazing customer service! The shuttle drivers were so welcoming and made us feel like family. They even took us to a shopping center so we could pick up diapers. The whole place feels so modern and clean. Of our entire trip, this was our favorite experience (all because of cancelled flights)

Honestly, I hated to leave. Great room, great assistance, great visit. It is absolutely the ONLY place I will stay when I return.

Amanda is amazing and we'll be visiting again and again!
After an extremely long day of traveling, we arrived at the hotel quite late, and Amanda at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! Her smile and voice were such a welcome touch after being in crowds all day long. I don't know if it was due to the exhaustion of traveling or the comfort of the bed, but I slept like a rock! We decided last minute to stay again the night before our flight out. I love how close it is to the airport.
