    A place called home away from home

    Definitely enjoyed this location, I was here with my son for his Audition. My son loved the swimming pool and the food will come back to stay soon. I will recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy and relax.

    Great stay at Hyatt Place Houston/Galleria

    Excellent location, at Galleria, great value for price, friendly staff, all amenities in good order.. Best choice for both business and leisure travels. I will highly recommend this hotel. Once you stay at this hotel, you will come back again.

    Nice place

    The staff was friendly and I felt safe in the building having to use a room card to go up to the floor we stayed on. The hotel itself is clean and comfy without feeling grimy. Valet parking does add an extra layer of protection for your vehicle however I wish the cost was upfront. We came to see Taylor swift and came with a budget. The hotel deposit and valet were not disclosed at booking online instead when you are in person swiping your card with an employee. I spent an additional 80 dollars. 29 on valet and 50 for a deposit it was returned after the stay however that’s money I could have used on my trip there.

    Great Hotel for Business Travel

    I stayed at this hotel for three nights as part as a business trip. The hotel was quite nice and clean and quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe for two women walking alone at night. A warning - the only parking available is valet so we were glad we did not have a car. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance (10 mins) but mostly all chains. Breakfast is available and very mid, I found the standard of the hotel was much higher than the standard of the hotel's breakfast. The front desk team was exceptional in accommodating a request and were very friendly.
