If I could give this place zero stars I would! First of all, the room had a terrible smell. I informed the front desk about the issue and they said they were out of rooms. They didn't bother to send anyone to try to deodarize the carpet or anything. I had to go out and buy an air freshener. Second, there were no wash cloths in the bathroom. There were only body towels and hand towels. I had to use a towel to bathe. When I called the front desk about this issue, the incompetent employee told me that she would try to get me a washcloth. That sounds terrible for a hotel employee to tell a patron that they would "try" to get a washcloth for the patron to take a shower. Third, when the cleaning lady came to the room, she took out the trash and picked up the dirty towels. When I asked her about a washcloth, she had none on her cleaning cart and said that she would be back with one. She never wiped down the sink, toilet, or bathtub. I had to ask her to make the bed. Needless to say, she never returned with the washcloth. I had to speak to a manager to finally get a washcloth. Fourth, I came back to my room on one of days to find my key card not working. Once again, I went to the front desk and found out that the incompetent front desk worker never input my credit card information in the computer therefore it showed me as a non-paying customer. I had to submit my credit card again. Fifth, when it was checkout time, I noticed that the incompetent front desk employee charged me for valet parking although I never presented them with a valet ticket or told them that I was parking there. So I had to call the front desk again and finally got someone competent who removed the charges from my bill! Overall, terrible experience! Will never stay here again unless there are no more available hotels, motels, or short-term rentals available in ALL of the city of Houston.

Girls trip to Houston
Front desk staff is amazing especially Reily ..everyone last person had a great personality and made us feel like home. We extended our staff because the staff was friendly. Valet staff Shay and JJ were amazing giving great recommendations and going above and beyond.

Hyatt Place- Complete Solace
Fabulous, Fantastic! Hotel Manager Quinnie was extremely cordial and accommodative and allowed me late checkout. Room was on 11th floor so an excellent view. Breakfast can have more choice for Vegetarians which they accommodated me with a coupon to Urban star bar next door. Excellent memorable stay.

Great location
Great location close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. No self-parking. Valet only.
