Nov 18, 2025The worst Hyatt I have ever stayed in
Terrible place, badly maintained with indifferent staff. I dont understand how Hyatt tolerates this property bearing their name. Avoid at all costs. As someone who stays 70+ nights per year in Hyatts, this one is horrible.

Bad locación not friendly stuff at the front huesos in fron our room showed up at 3 am screaming and yelling and it continued in their room for more tha a hour

The worst hotel in the world — stay away!!
I am a frequent guest and even a World of Hyatt member, and I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. From the moment I arrived, the experience was absolutely disastrous. The staff is the least friendly, least helpful, and most unprofessional I have ever encountered. Nobody wanted to assist us, nobody cared, and absolutely nobody made even the slightest effort to be polite. On top of that, no one wears uniforms or name tags, so you can’t even identify who works there or who to complain to. They also charged us an arbitrary $40 “early check-in” fee that was never authorized, never mentioned, and completely unjustified. When we asked about it, the staff was rude and dismissive. The hotel itself is in terrible condition. Poorly maintained, dirty, and clearly neglected. The shower didn’t even have hot water. There’s no airport shuttle, even though they imply they offer convenient transportation. Everything about this place is misleading and unacceptable. The only positive thing about our stay is that it was just for one night. This is, without exaggeration, the worst hotel and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely awful. Stay away!!!!

Clean, friendly, pool, comfortable, safe. The area of town is known for being unsafe, and the rates were cheaper than other hotels in the area. I thought it would be a dive, honestly. I was very pleasantly surprised! I feel like I got a great deal and everyone was very nice
