Hotel was clean and comfortable but the parking lot is not secure. My window was broken when I left in the morning as was the car's window next to me.

I needed a last minute place to stay while in Columbus for work. This was one of only a few hotels available. The front desk staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable for a one night stay. Located right off I270 and only a few minutes from Polaris. I would stay here again.

This is far and away the nicest Hyatt Place I’ve stayed in. I came in late at night with two sleepy kids and the front desk staff did a great job checking us in quickly and quietly. The website only had a King room available when I made the reservation but the front desk was kind enough to move us to a room with 2 queens since one had come available. Room was spotless and appeared recently updated. Where the hotel really shone was breakfast. Our family usually sleeps until the last minute for breakfast and comes down to the dregs of breakfast with a messy breakfast area and no where to sit. Breakfast was stocked better than any other Hyatt Places we had been to (5 hot options instead of 3, 8 drawers of carb options instead of 4). They had a staff member dedicated to wiping tables and the food area to keep everything neat and a second staff member keeping all of the food fresh and well stocked. In addition, the manager, Mr. Yurek, was greeting guests making sure everyone had what they needed, and keeping everything running smoothly. Well done, Hyatt Team. We’ll be back.

Great price with great service
Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. It smelled soooooo good in the lobby. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Not far from my event.
